Ordered some samples they arrived very quickly, so was able to order actual Roman blinds. We measured correctly and blinds were delivered extremely fast. Very pleased with the quality , only small criticism is that the control chain on one of the blinds is much shorter than the others, as they were in the same order I would have thought that would have been the same length as the others 3? But this is our 3rd time we have bought products from Blinds to go would definitely use this company again.

Good quality at a good price
We bought blinds for Velux roof windows, with solar powered control. Good quality blind, fairly easy to install (online instructions better than paper version supplied) and significantly cheaper than buying from Velux. This is my second purchase from the company and would definitely use them again.

Firstly they fail to include the parts with the blinds so I can’t put them up and then promise to send them a week ago and I’m still waiting

The blind was well made but.....
The blind was well made but the 'non-nail' spring fitting didn't work, or fit properly. Particularly the mechanism didn't grip properly and took up too much space - so the blind (black out) let too much light in down the sides. I had to remake it using another set of fittings

The blind was a good fit although the roller end had not been fitted properly and fell out and it took a long time to get it in properly so that the chain ran freely up and down. That would be the only criticism other than that I was happy with the blind. It was a very good black out coverage and didn't take too long to arrive.

Quality in both goods and service
Have used this company several times. Never disappointed.great selection of blinds, and very easy to use ordering process. The blinds are quality. Was a little unsure of a fuction with the blind, however after using the chatbot it explained quickly how to adjust and then all was working perfectly.
