Fantastic service from Charlie!

I wanted to update my previous review because I was perhaps a bit too hasty. While there was an initial issue with my order, I reached out to the team and Charlie resolved it swiftly and professionally. We all know that issues happen from time to time, but the true test of a company is how they handle them—and they passed with flying colors. The products themselves are great quality. Happy to recommend!

I’m leaving a review for both products…

I’m leaving a review for both products AND service.
Bought a cap and shorts in preparation for an early spring. Shorts a little big so needed to exchange. Whole process was easy but I did find myself just checking in to see how long it would be before I received the replacement. Turns out all was sorted and ready to roll with impeccable communication throughout.
The clobber I bought was perfectly utilitarian, uncomplicated and finely made.
Exactly what I was looking for!
Went back to buy a couple of T-shirts soon after and they are the best I’ve ever pulled over my head!

Great Response on Issue with Item

Had an issue with a jacket after its first wash where a number of marks appeared on the sleeve. After describing the issue, Blacksmith were happy to exchange the item free of charge and paid for the postage. Great customer service experience.

So I have had nothing but issues with…

So I have had nothing but issues with them recently.

So blacksmith, power goods and service works are all the same company.. and the quality is awful!!

They are selling “power goods” beanies apparently in collab with Rothco, however all you receive is a Rothco beanie nothing power goods about it.

There pro club stuff is great.

Exceptional customer service recovery after a rocky start

I’m writing this update because Blacksmith really turned things around with excellent service.

While my original order didn’t come through and I initially had a very frustrating experience, the way they handled my complaint was impressive. They provided a level of personal touch that I’ve rarely seen elsewhere and went above and beyond to ensure I ended up a happy customer.

I’m pleasantly surprised by the outcome. They would have received a full 5/5, but I have to dock one star for the initial failure. However, their service in the end was top-tier. I would definitely shop with them again.

Outstanding customer service.

Brought a pair of trousers for my son who lives in Australia and loves this company, I was concerned that I may not get them in time to post him them, I got in touch with the Ai chat who then put me in touch with an agent , very helpful and understanding , they told me not to worry they will make sure I will get it the next day, to be honest I really didn’t think they would, but 10 mins later I had a tracking number and 8.30 next morning , there they were,great quality and great packaging , outstanding customer service, I would not hesitate to buy again, I can see why my son loves the company, well done , keep it up.

If you are in EU don’t buy in UK

I paid for a pants to big for me and Chinese quality. I returned to them and at the end I lost almost 35 euro on 88.
If you live in EU don’t buy in Uk.
Return policy means that you can’t choose your own shipping company but it’s obligatory to buy one from them.

Amazing start to finish

Amazing start to finish.

I’ve shopped here a lot recently and the quality of the clothes and service is really great! Really stylish brands focusing on work and industrial wear which are true to fit and feel great!

Charlie and the team also really sorted me out once without delay when I messed up an order! Legends.

Quality goods at a fair price.

Very pleased with my first experience using The Blacksmith Store. They offer a wide range of high-quality brands on their website at reasonable prices. I ordered a Service Works jacket from them, and as it was over £100, I received free postage (tracked 48 with Royal Mail). My only small niggle is that it took a few days for the order to be fulfilled, but I wasn't too worried as the postage was free and previous reviews were all very complimentary about the company and their service. I would not hesitate to use The Blacksmith Store for future purchases.

Charlie and team…

This is a new young company dealing with high demand as their product is exciting thier trend ideas new and original etc i had a few delivery problems but i had a phonecall from Charlie from the company he refunded my postage which was lovely and he was extremely nice and im a very happy customer having received that call just to say sorry for the problems which have now been addressed my product arrived and im sure in future i now have the confidence in the company to order more great items thank you to Charlie for your call and all the best to you and your team Amanda Monks.

Positive turnaround. Great follow-up and genuine customer care

I originally had a poor experience with my order and delivery (for the second time), but I want to update my review to reflect how the company handled things afterwards.

After I shared my concerns, they proactively reached out by phone to apologise and explain what had gone wrong. They took full responsibility, provided clarity on the situation, and were genuinely committed to making things right. That kind of personal follow-up really stood out to me because it shows they care about their customers and are working hard to improve.

It’s clear they’re a growing independent business trying to keep up with high demand, which can come with challenges. There’s still some room for improvement (I think they'd agree), but I believe they’re on the right track while staying true to the human touch that makes smaller/independent businesses special.

Oh and the products are great. Genuinely.

Ordered returned and reship…

Ordered a jumper but I stupidly ordered the wrong size. Tried to return but the return process was not working at the time. So I returned myself and contacted customer service.
They were super helpful and understanding. Refund me my post cost and also managed to send the new size out the next day for next day delivery! So quick and helpful people! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Great products but very very slow delivery.

1 week later and on two separate orders I’m still waiting for a dispatch notification.

Free delivery is a great option but not when it takes 3x as long as advertised.
