Really nice qualify and fit, size L was good for 5,11 90kg

I ordered a few pairs of trousers and kept 2 which are great, really happy.
I made a mistake with the return shipment and sent them a load of Scotland strips that I really wanted back, the customer service went above and beyond to get these back to me and it's really appreciated. Superb company to deal with

Have bought several pairs of trousers which have been great. Had an issue with one pair and Georgie from customer support was outstanding - super helpful- extremely responsive and got things sorted out! Would highly recommend and will definitely buy from again!

Ordered a jacket for a friends birthday & missed the return date as it didn't fit. The company went above and beyond to help me exchange this for the correct item. Couldn't speak highly enough of the service and more importantly the product - quality & fit is great.

I have 3 different colours of the Chef Pants - great quality trousers, so comfortable and can wear as smart or casual wear.

Usually wear size 12, size S ordered.

Great quality products, I had issues with Royal Mail when returning a product and blacksmiths customer service was top notch! Getting back to me on a Sunday and having the issue resolved the day after. Will be a returning customer!

The age of good customer service appears to be dying, but not in the case of Service Works. They made resolving an issue, simple and easy. Great product, great customer service. Will definitely be back. Georgie was great – thank you.

Bought a pair of lovely , good quality trousers , but unfortunately too short , I went to return them but couldn’t get the return button to function on my iPad !
I rang up expecting a long winded process … spoke to an extremely helpful “ Georgie “ who was absolutely wonderful ! … sent me a QR code for Royal Mail … on posting the money was returned in two days ! Top young lady , top company …. Top quality trousers too ! 34 length soon please! 🙏

Amazing customer service; had an issue with a return item and SW contacted me and went above and beyond to fix the situation.

I'm a big fan of Service Works' clothing; it's always very high quality. But in late November, I bought a pair of trousers, and just weeks later, the top corner of the back pocket ripped as I sat down. I contacted customer service, and Jack, the guy I spoke to, was so helpful. He sent me a pre-paid shipping label to return the trousers, and then sent me a new pair a couple of days later, free of charge. The customer service is excellent, and I will definitely keep buying more products!

I ordered the Patterned Coverall 2.0 - Woodland/camo jacket.
I got some issues with the jacket being stuck at customs so shipping took a while. But the people at Service Works are super awesome. When i sent them an email about it they replied super fast and looked into it. Super helpful and friendly people. Super happy when it arrived. Awesome jacket. Great quality and fits perfect. Really satisfied with my purchase !!! 10/10

Great company quality clothing i ordered recently was really happy with the fit but wanted to exchange for a different colour , i contacted customer services and the reply and service was super fast and very efficient i would definitely buy again and recommend this brand to anyone. Over all 10 out of 10 all round .

My package went missing during the delivery process, no fault of Service Works. I contacted Georgie in customer service and a new package was quickly re-shipped and received.

I ordered a pair of pants, but I made the mistake of not double-checking the order details, and it came up as an XS. I called and asked them to send me a medium. After two weeks, when it hadn't arrived, I called again, and they told me it had probably gotten lost, not to worry, and that they would send me another pair. I asked Georgie, the kind woman who helped me, to please make sure the size was a medium and not an XS as it appeared on the invoice. She said no problem. Yesterday, I received the package, and when I opened it, it was an XS. Now I have to return it and pay for the return shipping. To be honest I’m very disappointed.

My order arrived but it was an empty delivery bag…. The team quickly sorted out a new order for next day delivery! Great service

I brought a couple of items for my son. Whilst there was a an issue with one item, the service that Jack and Georgie provided was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them and their speedy response to my mails was so very much appreciated. All is sorted now and the quality of both items are superb. 👌
