Undercarriage failure
impressively comfortable and stylish — right up until the moment they decide their job is optional. After only light wear, the fabric in the undercarriage seems to give up entirely, creating an unexpected “open-door policy” where support used to be. It’s a shame, because they feel great… but unfortunately also provide your nether regions with a level of freedom that absolutely nobody asked for.

Poor Quality & Durability
I’ve been a Bjorn Borg customer for 8 years. Specifically I’ve bought their boxers over and over again. Love the fun colours and designs.
However, I have noticed a marked decline in the quality and durability. With some ripping after only a dozen or so wears.
Specifically they are ripping in the middle between the legs and where the boxer meets the waistband on the side.
I compare this to the supermarket brand which I’ve been wearing everyday for the past six months which have lasted amazingly.
Sadly I’ve decided to move on and find a new brand. Open to suggestions.

The most horrible experience with an online store I ever had!
Do you want to destroy your company? Then look at Bjorn Borg!
Order on the 28th of December, got a ‘shipping confirmation’ on the 29th.
It’s the 6th of January and NO package, NO updates, DHL did not even get the package yet!!
1.5 weeks and nothing!!
I reached out yesterday morning, but no answer yet. Reached out on chat, no answer after waiting for 2 hours.
What an unprofessional company.

I’ve bought around 10 pairs of Bjorn Borg boxers over the past year, and while they feel great at first — soft fabric, nice fit — the quality just isn’t there. After only a few months, several pairs developed holes along the seams below, especially around the bottom area. This happened repeatedly, even with gentle washing.
For the price, I expected them to last longer. Surprisingly, cheaper brands I own have held up much better. The seller also didn’t offer any warranty or support - Stadion Shop.
Overall, comfortable at first but disappointing durability. Not worth the money.
UPDATE: The customer service was very nice, and they confirmed my warranty claim. So all good!

Björn Borg trolley zipper low quality
I bought an expensive Björn Borg trolley, that I have been quite happy about. Unfortunately the quality of the zipper is really low quality and broke after 1,5 years. I have tried to contact customer service, but they keep giving me b...s... answers and referring to the shop where I bought it instead of taking responsibility for producing a bad product.

Truly awful customer service.
I tried to place some orders before the weekend. The website advised that the Payment had failed so I would need to order again.
So I did order again. To find that all of my orders had gone through and I had been charged for them all with no way to stop them.
So I raised a request for help from Customer Service. Madelene ignored my plea for help and my explanation of what had happened and happily informed me that all of my orders had gone through fine and been dispatched! I responded and said that that wasn't right and that I had placed an order in error, asking them to look at my original request. They have ignored me and offered nothing.
I am livid that I am facing the likelihood of having to pay the full price of returning this order to Sweden, because of their website issue, so I will probably just try and reject the whole lot on arrival so it costs me nothing.

Wrong material!
I bought these briefs looking at the material. Same material as usual. Sure. Let's purchase those briefs! When they arrived and I tried them on I experienced a very uncomfortable wear and nothing like before. They were not nice to wear at all.
I tried to get in touch with their customer service. That took me weeks!
Then I need to return these underwear, not at all like described and I need to pay extra to do so? That doesn't seam right in my ears! They didnt event get in to a conversation. No, I can return them and pay both for the return shipping and a return fee....
I will never get back to buying from you again! Those briefs I bought - I might as well throw them out!
This most at all seam like a scam! Products bought via a cheap manufactor like Temu! Not the Swedish quality I remember Björn Borg to be.
Don't buy from them. You don't know what you get!

After several months finally got compensation
After several months, I got a compensation based on my claim. In the same as I've complained before, now I have to thank Björn Borg customer support (attention Madelene) for the compensation.
