Better buy bitcoin somewhere else!
They let you "buy" bitcoin but block your withdrawal with no reason and zero real explonation from customer service. Only prephrased template that does not apply to the case.
You can see the digits in your app but they don't let you send your bitcoin to your wallet. I don't suggest them!
PS: The "It has already been resolved" statement of the reply is a lie. It has not been resolved!

Funds locked on Bitpanda Fusion with no real support
I attempted to place a simple €2,000 BTC market order on Bitpanda Fusion. The order was rejected with an "exceeded limits" error despite having sufficient funds. As a result, my entire balance was frozen (showing €0.00 available) due to a known FUS-RESERVATION bug.
When I contacted customer support, they simply told me the issue would resolve itself automatically the next day and refused to take any immediate action. Completely unacceptable — my money is locked and I cannot trade, yet support won't lift a finger to fix it manually.
This is a well-documented bug on Fusion and Bitpanda clearly has no urgency in resolving it for their customers. Would not recommend Bitpanda to anyone.

Bitpanda states.: "Bitpanda Margin Trading has a 0% buy fee"
BUT their spread on ETH is ~1.8%.
You pay this spread 2 times, when buying and selling!
And you pay it for the whole position, incl. the lendings!
Think of it ....
This totally useless for typical marging trading, where you prefer short time holding of an asset.
