This site try to fool me!
I try to buy crypto by them a week ago, after take my VISA info they finaly tell me my ID was reject without any details !
So I asked for a cancel and refund with fees.
And now since one week I just received the same mail than ask me to confirm my cancel.
I confirm it five times !!! And still nothing ! Again and again the same bot message.

If you dont react I will signal your site on all fraud service and take legal action!

Terrible lengthy process. Got to the end of the order after paying only to find I was unable to complete the order. Currently waiting for them to cancel and they tell me I will recieve a 10 euro "administrative fee" for them to cancel my order. Absurd, scam of a trader.

They take around 50%fees, so this is scam

I wanted to convert 15 EUR to USDT, and their conversion rate was 15 EUR to 16.8 USDT, but they only sent 8.8 USDT saying that there were high fees, for one, half of the amount is not a fee, and your website said I should have had 16.8 USDT AFTER FEES.
The transaction shows that there was only a fee of around $2 (which is pretty understandable due to the blockchain fees), which is nowhere close to the fee of $8 they are pretending. I confronted their support service with proof and I was simply ignored.

To sum it up, I sent 15 EUR and received 8 USD-T. According to their website I should have received at least $14 USD-T.

Their verification service is also absolutely bad, it took me one hour to get confirmed, and after that they stole half my money.

I made a crypto purchase on this website but they have held on to the monies without releasing the cryptocurrency or refund the monies from where it came from.

While I am waiting for the outcome of their compliance or legal team. I would strongly recommend anyone to thread carefully when dealing with these people. They are using the verification process or order confirmation to defraud innocent people of their cash.

Complete scam. Wish I had checked first. They say no verification for amounts below 50 euros. First thing they ask, in addition to having my phone number and address already, they want my national ID and my passport. That's plenty already to steal my identity.

Will never buy crypto again. Of course btw, I can't even get a refund because they take 10 euros "fee" for any refunds. Complete and utter joke.

Says not that many vefications but after you paid, your automatic need to show id...

Fast, good services , good support

Bitnovo surprised me (in a good way)! I made a purchase yesterday for ~$330 (300 EUR) and had to jump through several hoops, including installing an app. After verifying my email, then my phone number, they required photo verification of my ID. After providing it to them, they indicated it was insufficient, and it needed to be my passport. I told them I was in the U.S. and did not have a passport.

I googled them after this correspondence, and found the myriad reviews here indicating that they were scammers. I was, understandably, nervous.

I wrote them and said since they could not verify me, to please provide a refund. They said it would take several days, and I let them know I would be filing a dispute with my bank. I only received the generic response automatic response to that, but no one responded.

Roughly 24 hours after the original purchase, I received an automated email that the coins were on the way. A couple minutes later, the confirmations appeared!

I can't speak to the experiences that other people have had below with one star, and I did have an issue with them with respect to a "national ID" not existing within the U.S., as compared to the EU. But, I can tell you that, while it took a little longer than I would have liked to receive the coin purchase, the coins were 100% confirmed as expected.

So, use your own judgement, but I'm glad I made the purchase, and I'm sorry I jumped to the wrong conclusion after reading the negative reviews and asking them so quickly for a refund. I'm glad they ended up and processing the order.

Rough on the edges, but works. I use it for 1.5 year now.
As I understand they dont have cards. They partner (or DID partner) first with SPARK, and that was pain in the you-know-what. They received BTC, then tried to push it on the SPARK MasterCard, but sometimes I needed to wait 2 weeks. As I understand, it's not really their fault but rather - problems with AML and all sort of stuff. They act(ed?) just as a man-in-the-middle forwarding back and forth requests from SPARK, Mastercard etc. Since I understood it from the first moment, I was just patiently waiting and indeed it was all working after some time.
Then they switched to BITSA cards. I have no idea, if this is again a partnership or their own stuff. I will realize soon, as I have invoices pending to be paid using this card. I will update the review then.
But all in all Bitnovo/BITSA stuff is light years ahead of the SPARK disaster. Definitely much better, just require their BTC wallet to be installed on the phone and to be honest - smoothness is comparable with Wirex. OK, not that much but definitely feel more complete and almost ready.
Since I have more than 4k EUR pending to be paid with Bitsa card now, I will update how it worked (or not)

I also read about them being scam and not cancelling transactions in BTC: this is not possible and nobody will ever do it. IF you go blockchain, you are your own bank and you are responsible for your actions. Nobody will protect your money (get Trezor, man) and blockchain will not revert the transaction. Some companies, like Coinbase, delay the transfer for 2-3 hours so you can probably revert, but this is not really reverting - they just didnt execute it yet.
Sent coins are sent. Deal with it.

JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS **I WAS SCAMMED ALSO**

I purchased 100 euro BTC and went through all kinds of verification and pictures and everything asked of me. After each step they ask for more information. Finally, I had enough and asked for a refund back to my credit card.

I was told they take a fee (which is crazy) but I had no choice but to accept the ridiculous fee. Then they said the refund would take 10-30 days... UNREAL!!

So I have been waiting patiently for the refund. Today is day 25 and nothing. I have sent 2 emails in the last 2 days to get an update (since the 30 days is 4 days away). My emails have been ignored. No replies. Just silence.

I cannot believe these people can stay in business. I just hope new customers read my review (and all the others that are the exact same story as mine) and be warned ahead of time).

There are many legitimate ways to buy BTC these days that are safe and have great service. Don't waste your time with his company in Spain. I hope I am able to help people BEFORE they go through what I went through. They are absolutely 110% a scam. PLEASE BEWARE!!

thief website, they put on a good rate to tempt you and don't ask for a lot of verification.

unlike other vendors that will refund the money right away to source of the money came from weather it is Paypal account or Credit Card, they will claim that "they cannot process a refund" without further information...

if you have not dealt with this site then save yourself from kissing your money goodbye and look for a trust worthy site...

Beware, he/she will attempt to ask for id and phone number after payment in claims for confirmation, clearly it is an attempt for identity theft to use your card online... which reminds me to cancel my CC because some website don't ask for ID nor send confirmation codes via phone when purchasing with the CC.

I doubt I will ever buy bitcoin again with these kind of people out there
