Scammers. Purchased bitcoin back in August 2025 only not to recieve it so I filed a complaint along with chargeback. Contacted customer support and they said to contact the email which I’ve done several times and they have yet to respond to me. Avoid at all cost. Even through phone call, their audio sounds like it’s from a run down call center.

Bought 150 euro worth of vouchers. I was then immediately charged a 13 euro fee upon redeeming it. This fee should've been disclosed in the phsyical vouchers. The fact it wasn't is blatantly unethical.

I then tried to withdraw my funds, which I'd converted into euro coin. They told me I needed to pay a fee, in ETH, to sell. I don't have any ETH, so I tried to switch some of my euro coin for ETH. That also requires an ETH fee. That means the only way to do ANYTHING with my funds is to buy MORE crypto. Not just that, you're not allowed to buy less than 30 euro worth of ETH.

Also, customer support doesn't pick up the phone, nor does it reply to emails.

TLDR: They stole 9% of my money in unjustified fees, and now they want to charge me 30 euro more to withdraw the remainder of my money.

It's an excellent site for buying cryptocurrencies; it's secure and very intuitive to use. I recommend it.

I did buy voor 225Euro this Friday and still have no money in my account!

Paid the transaction, never received any coin.
We are now 10 month later and still nothing back.
Their support handled me with "we are checking" or "we escalated your issue" and now doesn't answer at all.
Avoid at all cost.

After a cash-out request, my account was restricted and replies were boilerplate. q o n v i standardized the submissions, opened a formal adjudication window, and withdrawal privileges were reinstated. I credit q o n v i for the concrete outcome.

They are ferry fast in transfering your money. To any platform you want!!

I use bitnovo in a regular Basis, they offer good deposit Options, usually the Funds are transferd quiet fast. Would recommend

I top up my account with 500eur since 2 months and they dont want neither to refund or send me my coins
They dont reply on emails or on phone
Their live chat seassion is broke

Invest at your own risk.. Buch of criminals made away with my 1000 euros... I would wonder why they are still in existence.. scam broker.. Never use them else you will regret

I paid for bitcoin but never receive my coins

I got a giftcard for Christmas, so I exchanged it for Bitcoin, sold it immediately and requested to withdraw it via bank transfer. They said the money would be wired to my account in 24/48 hours. It's been over a week and I still haven't received my money. This is a scam. Don't use this.

Sended 41EUR with instant bank transfer on 10-11-2024 4 days later i still did not receive my crypto. I wrote alot of emails but they all get ignored with nonsense replys

Not happy that the app wouldn't process the. deposit that was under the €100....it kept
saying ' soon " for 24 hrs.why,?
Once it accepted the deposit everything went quickly and smoothly.

Worst experience ever !! I bought 100 usdt by my card but never received it, they asked for verification documents and i sent all of them , but they keep ignoring me and dont want to send my usdt or refund me . It has a month and never get my money , they dont reply to my emails. Please avoid this company its a big scam and a bad support. I will charge back now
