Having recently moved to the area, I wanted to use a local solicitor. I do not regret in anyway my choice of using Bonallack & Bishop, from beginning to end their communication has been excellent, clear, timely and concise. I was directed through my particular process with a single point of contact who managed activities and communicated any actions required or outstanding on a timely manner. I would have no concerns at all in recommending them.

Africa Morante from this solicitors firm was exceptionally efficient and I was impressed with speedy communication via email. I was staircasing to 100% and this was all done in a very short period of time and in a very timely manner, ahead of schedule.

My only minor criticism, which I hope is constructive would be that trying to get hold of them on the phone was teeth pulling and not happening, on the 2 occasions I wanted a quick answer, however this was balanced by super speedy reply to my emails.

My solicitor Georgia was excellent. Bonallack and Bishop solicitors made my house purchase incredibly easy- Georgia communicated so quickly and provided so much information.
As a first time buyer there is a lot of information that you aren’t taught about anywhere and just have to learn as you go, Georgia was happy to answer any and all of my silly questions.

I have used Bonallack and Bishop’s Andover conveyancing team three time now and each time they have been a pleasure to deal with. We instructed Bonallack & Bishop Solicitors because our estate agent advised them to us. In hindsight I wish we hadn't.

What seems to be lost on Bonallack & Bishop Solicitors is that 99% of the people they deal with are not familiar with the legalities and processes that are aligned to buying and selling a house. Throughout the process there was a distinct lack of empathy and care, often patronising, every interaction felt vague on any important details almost like they were holding back, often dismissive and sometimes outright rude. At one stage we were spoken to like children.

The real kicker though, 8 weeks following the completion of our sale we've been hit with a "you owe a further £1,150" email out of the blue in large because of an admin error in their summary statements. I've stressed we don't have that kind of money available and need time. We are not a million pound business. Just normal hardworking people trying to build a lIfe. Again, this was met with a substantial lack of humanity and care. With our solicitor stating "you are also accountable." Odd behaviour.

I wouldn't ever use them again. I believe whole heartedly that through poor communication and distinct lack of urgency, our move was held up substantially. We were treated as an inconvenience and not as a client.

The Salisbury conveyancing team were brilliant in the purchase process of our first home. Georgia was always prompt to reply, helpful in her explainations and only a phone call away. From first seeing the property we were living there within 9 weeks! I would definitely instruct Bonallack and Bishop again.

I needed urgent help with a deed of variation on my property. CarolineClift in the Salisbury office provided calm, sensible, professional advice and all for an exceptional price. I recommend her most highly.

We recently had the pleasure of receiving support from Anita Jones during the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new home. Anita was really helpful, friendly and explained things to us thoroughly. This was a very long drawn out process due to our buyer and her patience throughout was exceptional, we cannot recommend her enough. She always responded to our emails and telephone call quickly. If we are ever in a position to be using her again we will definitely be asking for Anita.
