We have been using Tracker for several years and have just resigned to their new Tracker Pro system. We have found the system easy to navigate and use, highly responsive, and with the new Artificial Intelligence built in we are looking forward to the system locating tenders for us to recommend to our clients. After analysing the competitors we found Tracker Pro offered the most benefits for our organisation and Brandon has been helpful in setting us up on the new system.

There is an auto roll over on the subscription and BIP will NOT send you a reminder that the subscription will auto renew.
Your invoices get sent automatically, marketing emails get sent automatically, tenders in your business area get sent automatically but they don't send you subscription roll over notification automatically (despite it being recommended as good practice by the OFT / CMA)
BIP state they make auto renewal very clear at point of sign up but as humans we can forget this, especially when we are trying to take on a lot of new information about BIP and how to optimise searches etc.
If I asked you to tell me now without checking any paperwork when does your mobile phone contract expire or what date did you have your second booster jab or when does your passport / driving license expire , lets be honest, not many of us would remember.
So, my advice is to make a note at the time you sign up with them and mark it in your diary IMMEDIATELY with at least 5 weeks before the annual subscription end date so you can cancel in time and don't fall foul of auto subscription and find yourself with an invoice.
BIP itself is in my opinion one of the best public procurement portals and I do state this to my clients.
The spend analysis is a very powerful feature to analyse who your potential and current clients are spending their money with, or indeed not as it may transpire (which can be very telling ), but in my opinion, all these powerful features are slightly marred by this auto renewal issue.

The account manager, Mr. Gerry McArthur introduced himself to me soon after I joined, and from day one, he has been extremely helpful and most efficient in all of his interactions with me. He has studiously and diligently explained the technicalities of the product and has maintained regular contact to ensure that the product is adding as much value to the company as possible. He has also gone beyond the call of duty by personally looking for suitable tender opportunities applicable to the company and sending them on to us. I've been a customer for about 6 years. I've found the service really useful and have managed to identify and win several tenders that were found through the tracker service. Our account manager John-Joe has been kind enough to provide us extra services beyond our subscription on a couple of occasions to help find tenders out of our territory or to complete FOI requests.
