Bio-Synergy DNA test Review

The Bio-Synergy DNA Test allows you to understand everything your genes can tell you about your wellbeing, Common Health Risk, Brain Health, Disease, Physical Traits, Personality Traits, and skin to name just a few. I was initially apprehensive about doing the test, but it is probably the wisest thing I’ve done for my health and wellbeing.

After providing a saliva sample it took just under 3 weeks to receive a personalised genetic report. It came with 20 different categories, covering everything in your genes from general wellbeing, health risks, brain health, physical traits, personality traits and even insights into sporting capability.

After creating a personal profile on the Bio-synergy mobile app you can view your results easily and download comprehensive pdf reports. The package also includes a lifetime subscription of DNA updates, including new categories and reports. This is great because as science evolves, more categories and reports will uploaded without needing a new test.

I especially love that the test comes with recommendations to support the findings, for example, which supplements or lifestyle changes may be appropriate. You can then take on that advice and then re-test with a Bio-Synergy Epigenetic test which goes even deeper, alluding to biological age, eye age, hearing and memory age, all of which you can improve via the actionable insights on the app.

This is a game changer and I would highly recommend.

I Highly recommend a DNA test! I found out lots of information and finally got the answers I was looking for. Based on my DNA test results , I did manage to readjust the diet , the daily exercises and overall health. I feel I can push myself harder than before.

Great products and delivery to Italy but unfortunately Brexit means I now have to pay shipping and customs duty which is not cheap. Unless you have a European distributor I will have to stop using your products. Best wishes.

I've used Bio Synergy products for over 20 years. They are transparent with ingredients you can trust (WADA approved). they deliver rapidly, their protein is high quality and tastes / mixes great.
Price wise the do alot of deals and you get mega customer services - large company with small brand feeling as you can chat direct to the MD. Best supplement company globally right now!

I also purchased the DNA kit, the results are fascinating, have been a game changer for my food intake, training etc & takes all the guess work out of what you should be doing! Everyones body is different and not everything works for everyone!!! The DNA kit is 100 recommended, the app is easy to use, understand etc.

I purchased the DNA which came super quickly and it was really simple to use and send off.

I would highly recommend the DNA kit, you get a huge amount of information that has helped me understand by body and manage its needs accurately. Since then I’ve noticed a big difference now I’m providing my body with exactly what it needs to reach my goals.

You know your onto a winner when you can call a company up and they happily discuss your needs and they take the time to put together a package tailored to your needs - to many companies out there touting generic one size fits all nutrition but Biosynergy know that In order to get the best out of your body,you have to fuel it correctly.
I swear by the blue raspberry BCAA powder (or zoom juice as I refer to it) for intra and post workout.The light and smooth skinny whey protein powders are delicious but also suitable for vegetarians like myself.
Now the real star of the range has gotta be the rebel bars - vegan salted caramel (need I say more) these are THE best bars on the market.

Great tasting easy drinking shakes the best I've tried, the banoffee is lush I've just received the 4 more tubs I ordered and again with rapid delivery.

They called me back straight away when I couldn't get through to them 10/10 for customer service.

Great supplements and great customer service

Bio Synergy has become my go-to for all my supplement needs. The products provide great value for money and really help with muscle gain and recovery. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I am very pleased with the product I order the vanilla protein and it’s amazing. It’s light and great to add in my smoothies and sometimes my casing as time. I hope this come out with a casing product soon as well. Very pleased lifetime customer.

Update I no longer use this product. I cant find the same protein I used before I also tried to get some partnership going as well and never heard back. I like the product but I want to be able get the sam thing over and over again
