I’ve been a loyal customer of Bio-Synergy for over 15 years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back.

I placed an order on Thursday for the After Dark protein, and it arrived today — fast delivery as always. What really stood out this time was the thoughtful touch inside the box: a “random acts of kindness” note along with three extra free products. That kind of gesture genuinely goes a long way.

As for the products themselves, the protein powders are consistently excellent. They taste great, blend really smoothly, and, importantly, don’t have that overly artificial flavour or excessive sweetness that you get with so many other brands.

Reliable service, high-quality products, and a brand that clearly values its customers — highly recommended.

31/3 Update: After much complaining they finally got the order to me a couple of days later
Amazingly incompetent.
Ordered a supplement and got info on tracking. Expected delivery on the 17th then got a message from DPD saying it had been delivered with a picture of some unknown person at an unknown location. Subsequent searching found that the parcel had been incorrectly addressed with the wrong surname.
Furthermore, DPD claim to be awaiting receipt of another parcel with a different track number with the same surname as the previous parcel but my address

I have been using this product for a good few months, I usually mix 1L of electrolytes into a bottle & stored in a room that is pretty warm, but has air conditioning.
After about 8 hours in the room I noticed that the taste would be very off putting and funky. I didnt think anything off it, until a few weeks later I noticed mold & bacteria growing on the inside of the bottle. After checking with ChatGPT it confirmed that if stored in a warm room in stagnant water this will quickly produce mold. This made me sick for a few weeks. I have had to switch products now as I dont have access to store the bottle in a fridge throughout the day.

I placed an order for an epigenetics test kit on August 15th, expecting standard processing and shipping from the UK to the Netherlands. What followed was a frustrating and avoidable delay:

I reached out on August 19th asking for a tracking number, as there was no update.

On August 21st, the order was marked as "sent" on my account, but DHL confirmed on August 23rd that they hadn't received the parcel.

I contacted Bio-Synergy again on August 25th via their website, and later through Facebook, since I still hadn't received any reply.

Finally, on August 26th, I got an email asking me to call them. When I did, I was told they hadn't shipped the order because they weren't sure I meant to order the epigenetics test instead of the DNA test.

This was 100% their mistake. They could have clarified my order within 30 minutes of receiving it. Instead, they waited 7 days to respond, and only after multiple messages from me.

I absolutely love all of the products from BIO!! Protein powders are simply the best for quality, taste and mix sooo well too! .
If you’re looking for a company that provides great supplements, protein along with training insights… BIO always been my go to!
If you’re a coffee lover… the coffee flavoured Whey-Hey protein is a MUST try!!
And to top it off… Shipping is always super fast!

First of all I was pleasantly surprised how quickly supplements arrived. It was a next day delivery.
Secondly as someone who has been using supplements over several decades I noticed a huge difference in quality and absorption of Bio Synergy Products I felt within the first week of using it. Very happy with it.

Outstanding products, I used their Power Performance Pack and Smartmeal. I want to try some others; Omega 3 and Phytolife. The company’s ethics and sustainability record is excellent, more importantly they have the highest quality of ingredients, R&D investment, ongoing testing and their products work for serious health benefits and sports performance. I needed both. Not only did they assist the Norwegian ski team in getting Golds across the board in the Winter Olympics due to the nitric oxide (its discovery won the scientist the Nobel Peace Prize) in their Beets product (my best product) improving the amount of oxygen to the brain and muscles to enhance performance, but the E9 helps those with ADHD to focus and improved blood flow for those with diabetes. My story is that I used it to come off all my bipolar medication in December 2024 (I had to take a concoction of about 12 pills a day) and I also came off all my HRT drugs too. E9, Beets and ProArgi9 (plus the Greens with the Power Performance Pack) gave me amazing focus, energy and balance. I’ve meds-free and completely balanced for the last 6 months. I have in all fairness combined this with a Keto diet which helps people with epilepsy and bipolar plus I do a tremendous amount of exercise a day which certainly plays a part (3 hrs of dog walking and usually 2-3 classes a day: yoga, weights, Boxercise, Hyrox etc). Their customer service is second to none. I’ve tried a lot of different products and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Have used this company for years for very reliable and really good quality protein. As I’m older I’m looking at the other products with a little more interest but the brand itself is really great and I’ve never found a better whey protein in over two decades.

Have been using the creatine, whey protein and electrolytes from Bio Synergy for multiple years now as a high level decathlete. Not only having a much more enjoyable flavour than other brands - as it’s not nearly as sickly sweet - but I have noticed a clear change in my performance when fuelled with the higher quality ingredients. Prior to Bio Synergy, taking supplements was a chore; now it’s an easy part of my routine.

I’ve been using Bio-Synergy supplements for a couple of months now and feel great for it. I unfortunately had a skiing accident recently so it’s more important than even to be taking in essential supplements and protein!!

Using the women’s Activate protein! I love it best actually on its own with water!

I use the Biosynergy Insanity and Electrolyte tablets.
The insanity gives me great focus and an energy boost needed before I go to the gym.
The electrolytes keep my hydration levels up when I’m at the gym.
Both great tasting products that work.
I’ve even started the subscription.

Testing came efficiently. Sent it off nearly a week ago. I’ve contacted and spoke to Daniel who was originally quick at replying and now just waiting to see if they’ve even received it. So far not that great.

Firstly, despite filling out my address correctly,and even having my correct address on the confirmation email....the wrong address was still put on the label. Some of these products I should imagine customers,like myself, would like to buy discreetly. However, as address was correct for them,my neighbour opened mine and now is aware of what I ordered.

Secondly, on removing the tub of capsules, I noticed a large amount of powder at the bottom of the tub. I unsealed the lid to look inside and noticed many of the capsules are split/cracked?

Very shoddy experience overall considering the price on these items.

Despite the above issues I experienced, I would like to add that Bio Synergy did contact me back, and kindly sent out a replacement.
