Total scam and a fraud. Livechat wasted my time for an hour when I asked them to close my account. Then, after an hour, the scammer tells me that I have to send an email. Email was sent and they never responded and my account remains open. They don't respect responsible gambling guidelines, you never win anything, and if you magically happen to win, they will reject the withdrawal. STAY AWAY!!!

Ignored self-exclusion requests - serious responsible gambling failure & fake licence
I am posting this as a warning to other users.
Billy Bets ignored multiple clear requests for self-exclusion. Despite repeatedly asking to be excluded from the platform, no action was taken and no confirmation was provided. This is a fundamental requirement of responsible gambling, and failing to honor self-exclusion requests puts users at real risk.
I have documented all correspondence and am escalating this matter to gambling regulators, consumer protection agencies, and payment processors.
If you care about responsible gambling standards or player safety, proceed with extreme caution. They have a fake licence and are a threat to the public.
UPDATE: it’s now been two weeks and they keep sending emails that they are processing my request, not closing my account and sending me bonuses. They’re also buying fake positive reviews here. Please protect yourselves - if you enjoy playing games, use a legit site - this is an illegal casino with a fake license.

I feel like I’m getting scammed!
I have been playing on this site for 2-3 month and recently won $7500. I withdrew my first lot of funds- the max amount and so far they have all been rejected. The site claims that it is a fault on my payment providers end (which in other reviews seems to be the excuse for most). However, I called my bank and they informed me that no funds have been sent internationally, nor have they rejected funds. I have played Spinyoo and Skycity Casino and have been able to with draw $2000 at once via Spinyoo. I recommend Spinyoo over this site as you actually get paid. I thought I’d try Billy Bets because it advertises good payout times and chances. But I will now stick to Spinyoo. I will revisit my review if my funds show up in my account otherwise if I don’t, you’ll know that they never paid my winnings. Also, I’ve opted for a bank transfer withdraw option too.

Total scam, stay away guys do not deposit any money with those fuuckers. I made a refund request 3 weeks ago and still not answer, all they do is sending bot massages asking to wait. There is no phone contact and no real person answering emails. I will sue the website hopefully they shut it down.
