Truth be known i have deposited alot more.

Billybets (corrected review)

UPDATE - after more than month, i fully received my money. Rating upgraded from 1* to 3*, but anyway i consider playing in this bookmaker risky, as it took a lot of time and energy to get money from them.

People, if Billybets can steal amount of 300eur, you can imagine what will happen, if you will win more. If they will come to their right mind any pay out my winnings, i will correct this rating.

4-5 weeks ago deposited small amount in Billybets for sportsbetting - approx 50eur or something to do funbets. Placed bets ~1 week (small bets, usually 10-25eur each), and raised bankroll to ~300eur. One day they asked additional documents which i sent. After receiving documents, they closed my account - I was able to contact only their customer service, and they wrote that my account was closed, but they will take a look what they can do to refund me my winned money. I waited 2 weeks, and today i asked their customer service about status. Their answer (quoted important part of it): "Additionally, according to our policies, we have voided any winnings obtained, canceled any pending withdrawals, and confiscated the remaining real money balance in your account. This decision was made in accordance with our terms and conditions".
Funny part - same time as wroting to their customer service in app, i wrote mail to their e-mail, and answer was "Your request has already been transferred to our responsible department for processing. Since all the requests are processed on the first-come, first-served basis, this process may take some. As such, we kindly ask you for your patience. Unfortunately, there is no news to report at the moment". It means, weather they are lying, or they dont even communicate between departments :D

The last thing i want to mention - i have no clue what i did wrong, no info from them (missing documents / bets on leagues they didnt want / winning too much) - ZERO information.

If Billybets will contact me after this review to fix this situation, i will write it here to update my review.

One of the worst sites I've ever used ... played big bass splash for years now and this is the only time that the game crashed during a bonus round resulting on the game not paying out, was told by the customer service to wait 24 hours for this to rectify which I did, after playing through thousands of spins I reached out to customer service over 24 hours later and was only them told I needed bet Id with exact time of bet, balance and bet staked, to find the bet id I had to then scroll through thousands of spins and still couldn't find the right spin... i shoukd if been told this when i raised the issue... not 24 hours after it happen... then I asked to close my account as to which I was told I had to email there customer service outlining the reason I wanted to close my account ... they make things so hard for anyone to exit this company
