I have purchased an item on pre-order in the summer of 2021. Said order was CANCELLED with NO INFORMATION. I haven’t received an email, anything.

I've purchased multiple times from BBTS and always had a great experience. Packaging is solid and customer service was very helpful the one time I needed to contact them. Would absolutely buy from them again

Ordered to finland! a simple 40euros worth plushie. and it came in time, even with the cheapest postal.good pagace, good condition. some of the reviews made me fear i might not get it but i guess i got lucky!

Always good service and well packed. UK buyer so use Pile of loot option to build bigger amount to save on shipping.

This was my first time buying from BBTS and I have to say it was a very good experience, I ordered one Pop Up Parade figure with Collector Packaging Grade with USPS Shipping and it showed up in excellent packaging with very little delay (my local post office lost the package for a couple days, not BBTS's fault obviously), I don't buy this kind of thing super often since I tend to be very selective about what I collect due to cost and space, but next time I'm thinking of getting something like this my first stop will be BBTS.

Good quality items with reasonable prices, fair shipping price, and timely updates when your items are shipped out. The only downside is when pre-orders get canceled - it would be nice if they could notify you when items are back in stock.

...I have been buying from this online store since around 2009...spend approximately $10,000 a year with them! For the longest time they were the premier online toy store to purchase from, offering outstanding customer service and a guaranteed delivery of their products. It seems those days are gone as BigBadToyStore.com has become an arrogant enterprise that no longer offers that great service and instead charges the highest prices, has the longest delivery times and lags in customer satisfaction. They've grown into a large company and apparently have forgotten who kept them in business. I used to shop only through them...now I look elsewhere for the same products at other stores that know how to keep their loyal customers happy. I guess some of their customers spend even more money there than I do because they don't seem too concerned with my business...

Scam site. do not order anything.

I had bought a lot of figures(7) this year.I had bought last year too and they always deliver. And deliver fast. Customer support is very quick and helpful. The only downside is the price because they DO NOT include VAT in your price which makes dealing with customs super annoying if you are a international customer. Still great experience.

I have ordered or should I say attempted to order multiple items from BigBadToy store. Even recently I gave them yet another shot. I ordered a set of Marvel Legends, months after they were supposed to be released, I found them at Game Stop. So, I called their customer service number to check the status of my order and they still couldn't give me a shipping date. So, I just canceled it. Exact same thing happened with single releases of Marvel Legends and GI Joe classified finding things I "Pre ordered" at Target, Walmart or Game Stop months later on one occasion in the clearance isle it had been out so long.

Most recently I pre ordered the Veteran William Werewolf action figure when it was announced. Never received it and ended up ordering it from Amazon and getting it in 3 days.

Unless you are a influencer don't waste your time or money.

I placed an order for a TCM figure back in 22.on pre order, and fave all cc info. That was supposed to arrive Feb of 23, then March , then April than May than June... It's now September and nothing.. logged into my account today to find they cancelled my order, doe non payment even though I paid and it showed up on my statement . "Now all a sudden . They didn't receive payment xu that cars was cancelled lastonrh.... Even though I have a payment on my cc for that store an amount.. dirt POOR CUSTOMER service the entire time .. after each inquiry into where my product was I review ed multiple emails that basically say "you'll get it when we do, and we don't know ****". Now customer service says that I never paid .. even though I have record . So my next call will absolutely b to the BBB and possibly further... But NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO ANY FORM OF BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAMMING LOSER OF A COMPANY. Customer service sucks... They sell before they have , and can't offer a bit of info regarding anything... 100% scam BS. ... Hope that money was worth it as it's gonna cost ya. My lawyers will be in contact.

The items, and their original manufacturer packaging, have always arrived in mint condition.

BBTS packed my items so well that even Canada Post failed to damage them.

Recently i purchased some Jurassic Items for the 30th Anniversary. I got the John Hammond Funko Pin along with The jada toys Jeep Wrangler. Both of the items are great quality and were shipped securely. I can really reccomend BBTS for Jurassic fans, their catalog is huge and you can make youre dream pile with all the 30th merch they've received lately.

Great place to buy from, anime figures are a little pricey there but prize figures like banpresto are priced normally. There is a deposit required for preorders over a certain amount and its a fair price to ask. Everything is well organized on the site and customer service is extremely friendly/professional. Lastly there preorder arrivals are pretty late for certain things. Overall though I would still recommend them and I truly believe they are one of the best American sites to buy from.

I placed an order 9 months ago as a Christmas present for my son. Now it’s July and still no items. It shows available within a week or two, but then they change it. I emailed and got a response about how they know how exciting it can be to wait for an order, but this is ridiculous.
