I thought I was missing one packet of diamond. I contacted the service department and Helen responded within 12 hours. She told me exactly what was needed. I sent the information. I then found the packet of diamonds and contacted her. She was very nice about it. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who likes to do Diamond Art.

I had one problem with the website when I wasn't able to complete an order. I contacted Customer Service and they responded in a timely manner. I was able to place the order later that day.

I made a mistake when I made my order and I contacted the company and they helped me out until I got things straightened out. I haven’t had any trouble with my order but I find it takes a long time to get my orders, that’s the only problem I ever had.

I have ordered from this company several times and am completely happy with their prices, quality of products and customer service. They promptly respond to questions/concerns, and when one of the items I ordered was no longer available, they immediately notified me and gave me the option of replacing it with a different item, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them for all of your diamond painting supplies.

My original order got lost in shipping but notified me that it was delivered. I contacted them and they said they would resend my order. It was taken care of very quickly. Very good customer service!!

I was very impressed with the service I received when the wrong color beads were included in my project. I contacted the company & got an answer back right away. The correct beads were sent to me very quickly. I am very happy with this company and will do many more pieces from them.

My sister got me hooked on this website. I’ve had several pictures made by this company and I’ve been pleased with all of them and if they can’t do the picture, they let me know ahead of time so I’m not too disappointed. This last one we were kind of been a flood situation so I didn’t read the emails stating that I needed to fix the picture so I just text them to ask him why it was taken so long and they let me know and everything is cool. They’re doing my picture and it will be Here before. I know it another one. I’m sure I will be thrilled with their understanding. They’re helpful. they do great work. I’ll come back to them over and over again and I will tell my friends this truly is a wonderful site Betty from Texas.

I contacted the company because I didn't have confirmation my order went through and I was worried they didn't receive it as my money was taken out for my order,they were really quick at replying to me and reassured me they got my order and it's on it's way. Thank you so much for your help.

I placed an order got a tracking number and tracked it all the way said it was delivered but neaver received it. Checked with postal office and they said they could not track it because it wasn’t one of their numbers. Biganydeal won’t answer my emails so I’m out my diamond prints and my money !

I placed the same order twice, but wasn't sure that I had done that. Someone from your company discovered the issue and sent me an email as to whether or not I wanted to cancel one of the orders. I was so surprised! And, I will be receiving a credit in the amount of the extra order!! It was so wonderful to have someone actually care about me! Thank you!
