Positive Experience
The company was terrific in processing my order. They shipped the item immediately. There was a delay but it wasn’t on their end, it was the postal service. They were very helpful in figuring out what had happened and my experience was positive in the end. I will be using their company for future purchases.

Missing part of Order placed in August
I would rate Bicycle Booth a zero if that was an option. I've not received an item I ordered on August 10, 2021, today is November 4? Tried calling, emailing with no results, I am at a loss and don't know what to do. I think it's too late to contact my financial institution to dispute the changes since it's been so long ago, but I'll try. At this point, I'll try anything?

I would rate them a 0 if I could, I’ve had the worst experience with this company I paid for expedited shipping and was first told that my address was blacklisted by customs (total lie) and that it couldn’t be delivered so I needed a new delivery address! Which delayed the item by 2 weeks FYI they didn’t even refund my extra shipping fee! Next after trying to process a return they completely ghosted me after my item was delivered! I called 3x a day for a week and was sent to voice mail every time I even emailed them to no avail! Worst company ever BUYER BEWARE

Good Customer Service
I needed some help from customer service on an item that was the wrong size. I normally purchase large but I was surprised that the jersey and bibs were actually a bit too big.
They helped me resolve the issue and I'm very pleased to have gotten things straightened out.

Cycle Jersey
The jersey is a decent value for the money, but some of the sewing (zipper) leaves a little to be desired. Still, it is a nice jersey and reasonably priced. A little slow on the shipping, but it's coming from the other side of the world, so overall, it wasn't bad. Would I buy here again? Yes, I probably would. :-)
