Made it Right

I ordered a set, bib and top, with customization on it. Unfortunately, I never received it. However, Chris T. was extremely helpful to me. He investigated and responded promptly to my emails. He gave me a store credit, plus some. I have shopped at Bicycle Booth for a long time and will continue to do so. The clothing fits great and Chris is a great guy, who is there for the customers like me.

BB used to be brilliant but NOT ANYMORE…

BB used to be brilliant but something has clearly gone very wrong. I bought a jersey on Jan 2 and at the time of writing (March 14) I have neither jersey nor refund....and despite assurances it's 'on the way' they can't give me a tracking number or any details. I'm getting nothing but 'bot' generic replies to my emails. I will not be back. Never again.

Poor service from a once decent company

I’ve ordered a number of jerseys from this company over the last few years and they’ve always been fine. However my last experience mean I won’t be ordering from them again. Placed an order in early December but nothing had arrived by late Jan. My emails were either ignored or generic replies sent. Eventually I got a refund via Paypal. Looking at all the negative reviews I’m guessing something has changed at the company.

This company is a complete scam.

This company is a complete scam.

These fraudsters ignored a return, for an approved exchange, and the box was sent back to me. Now they accuse me of having sent the box to myself, when in fact it was returned to sender because they refused to pick it up.

I have absolute proof of all of this. They had tracking and I told them when they were being contacted to pick it up. They even acknowledged, but didn't do it.

They operate out of a PO box, and are most likely 2-3 guys with access to Chinese clothing manufacturing. THIS IS NOT A REAL BUSINESS.

This company is a complete scam. Even the Better Business Bureau online confirms this. Check for yourself.

The worst company ever

The worst company ever. Zero respect for the customer. No clear communication from their side; the only thing they know how to do is apologise all the time. They don’t provide the customer with any information about the product; it’s like a secret.

Ordered on 10/10/25

Ordered on 10/10/25. I have reached out to company 3 times. Each time I get a “perfunctory” response from “Chris”. Never addressing my specific question regarding the status of my order. It appears the jerseys and the “company” originate in China with no brick and mortar in the US or Canada.
It has a deceptive “Americanized” web presence. Today is 11/21/25 and still no jersey, no communication, other than a “bot” response to my 3 inquiries. Shoppers beware! Doesn’t deserve one star. I have reported the transaction to my cc company. Update: I finally received the jersey (on 11/15/25) I ordered. It is a nice product, nice fabric and was personalized as ordered. It’s a gift for Christmas. I changed my rating from a 1 to a 2. If you don’t value customer service, you will, based on my experience, probably fair well with placing an order. Seems this is the “new” way of doing business 😟

Agree with previous reviews

Agree with previous reviews. I wish I had seen these before placing my order.
No order after 1 month - repeated emails saying it has been shipped but they we just waiting a tracking number - total bollocks. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get a refund

I also would give 0 stars if able. Website says merchandise ships in 5-7 business days. Customer service straight up lied to me (twice) about shipping and tracking numbers. The items shipped two months after my order. At least for the me, the pockets are too high on the back of the jersey. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not to be trusted

Like the other reviews, I’m not sure how this company stays in business. It took 3 months to get my order. When I finally received the items, one of them didn’t have the added items on them. I barely got the items, I have no hope that they will make this right. You should buy from another company, this one can’t be trusted to get it right or deliver in a reasonable amount of time.

I would have rated zero stars if…

I would have rated zero stars if possible. I placed an order over 60 days ago totaling more than $400 and have yet to receive any of the products. The phone number listed on the website is out of service, and the company has not responded to any of my emails. The only communication I received was from a bot named "Chris T," who provided generic, repeated responses. I never received a tracking number, and "Chris T" refused to cancel my order, claiming it had already shipped. I’ve since disputed the charge with my financial institution and had it reversed. Based on my experience, this site appears to be a scam.

Waste of money

Placed an order April 29th. Didn’t receive order until July 28th. I wasn’t interested in keeping the product and had already started a dispute while waiting on the product. Unfortunately it did arrive and the dispute was closed. Fine. I decided to send it back. Had to pay shipping cost and they still take 10% restocking fee. Sent it back Aug 13. It arrived at CA post Aug 20th where it has sat without any response from BB to pick up. Their auto reply bot “Chris T” said someone will pick it up shortly. Since it’s been there 3 weeks, it’s now being sent back due to no response from BB. I did everything I was suppose to for the refund and will likely have to pay to receive the package again. SCAM COMPANY

Beware - Bicycle Booth is Unreliable

I had ordered from BB twice and been happy, but the third time, not so lucky. I ordered a Black to Cyan Club jersey for $61.22 and Bicycle Booth Sleeves (black) for $25.51, which with a $17.34 discount and $7.29 shipping totaled $76.68 on June 2, 2025. It is now Aug 30, 2025 and I have not received my order. Within those 3 months I have inquired about 10 times about my order to the sales email provided by BB. The first were quite polite, but as I realized the responses were a machine automated reply, Their automated support email will contain the word (reamaze). I felt like I was being ignored and demanded they send me the name of the courier and a tracking number. They provided neither. I believe they use Canada Post, at least they did the last two times I received an order. As it stands, I'm not sure what to do. Maybe I'll try phoning them and talk to a real person. Failing that I'll try and get my money back through my credit card transaction.

Never received have 2 months

Ordered 2 shirts, they have never arrived and it has been over 2 months. They reply by email saying they have shipping delays. The last email I sent I asked to cancel order and refund my money. Told me it was shipped and refused a refund. I believe this company is a scam.

RIP OFF COMPANY

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. I ordered a cycling jersey. Took 2 months to receive and then it was the wrong size…I admit that was my fault. But forget about their promise for returns with no questions asked. It took me a few weeks on back and forth emails to finally get return address and instructions. Then I paid $20 to return it with a tracking number. It was received at a post office, but they never picked it up. So it’s now been returned tome and I had to pay another $20 to get package. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

BEWARE!
This company is a lying, cheating SCAM. They stole my money because they took my money, sent me nothing, and have repeatedly ignored my requests for a refund.

When I tried to reach them, they just said "we're experiencing some delays." I asked again and again for a refund, they just ignore it.

This was the worst experience

This was the worst experience. I ordered a trisuit which said 7-10 days shipping. It’s been 8 weeks and I have not gotten my order. I have attempted to contact customer service who have been utterly useless and dismissive. Continually telling me it’s shipped and there is nothing they can do. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

took 3 months to receive kit. I emailed them on 5 separate occasions and got the same reply back! word for word!
Their shipping is TERRIBLE! the company is based out of Canada, BUT they ship their products from China.
