If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is an absolute joke and run by amateurs. They sneak in a 2% fee on your first deposit without even telling you, and then have the audacity to offer a "faster" deposit for a 5% fee—what a scam!

Their service is beyond amateurish. They offer lower odds than what you’d get directly from the original bookmaker, which makes no sense. And if you decide you’ve had enough of their clown show and want to stop using their services, you’re forced to wager three times and still pay another 2% commission.

Avoid these amateurs at all costs!

if you are willing to pay high fees and hidden cost super expensive unreasonable deposit exchange rate then use them, they take me a customer as toy, if you are using crypto you be in for a shock for their exchange rate, yes they take commission on winning , but they are also super professional in money changing that u be in for susprize , n the way their customer service reply is always customer fault plus you want express that be another 5% super skill very good. to think how they charge on depositing make me think how super they trade, they should come up with a bet slip charges n confirmation charges follow by rejected bet slip charges if not matched, and also replying to email charges n live chat charges.

This broker is a scam. They tell you that they accept arbitrage opportunities, however, they block you and do not give your money back if you win too much on an arbitrage opportunity. As well as this, it is also important to note that if they make an error with the odds they provide for you, you will not be compensated, just banned.

Great betting agent, have been their customwr for more than 5 years already. Everything is transparent- don't get it why the negative hate.

Just dont put any money on IBC-Broker. They just shut down my account for placing one bet after a month without using it. No email, no explanation, just closed and keep the funds. I thought clients were supposed to place bets on BET-IBC. Contacted support and they say i commited a fraud. WHAT?? FRAUD?? I just placed a bet for God sake. What fraude you talking about? Anyway, no answer, no email, nothing just the good old take suckers money and goodbye. And be aware that when i opened the account i went on to read the rules, and only after funding and make my first trades i tried to withdraw and was told i couldnt because of the 3x deposit at odds of 1.50 rule!!!. I didnt find that rule anywhere, so they sent me another link with new rules that are not visible when you go to main website. Whatdafaq!!! So, i didnt use the website for a month and after that, one bet, blocked!! STAY AWAY!!

I was a customer of IBC for years. So what happened to other users also happened to me. In my Orbitx account, 2 bets worth €2400 were placed on cricket, of course when I wasn't logged in and so my entire balance was deducted. The method and the answers are always the same - You accessed a phishing site/You passed on the password.
And then claim it's your own fault...unbelievable
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL HERE! IBC WON'T HELP YOU

The browser history clearly shows that I was not logged in. With the bull*** that BET-IBC is telling you, they want to avoid responsibility. There are a number of cases known to brokers.

If you are happy with those unexpected double-digit fees, enjoy this pseudo broker

i use their vipibc service for beting on slovenian futbol.i can use skrill to transfer money. support always replies to me fast.fees are JUST OK.

Bet-IBC was a good service back around 2015 when you could have Betfair accounts, they were honest and charged fees but the fees were justified.

Now we are in 2023 and a lot have changed. First of all, Bet-IBC are professionals in lying. If you pay attention, they lie all the time.

They say they are not affiliated with a website starting with "ACC" (i won't write the full name but people who have experience in betting know), yet Bet-IBC customer service constantly push this "ACC" service saying they are trustable and reliable. Don't you think it's weird?

It's even more suspicious when this "ACC" service doesn't have a license, and their support claims "we don't need one", and when you google you read plenty of people getting robbed by this ACC service.

The fact that Bet-IBC promotes this "ACC" service is a clear proof that they are the same people. Their website is written in the same way.

Second lie: Bet-IBC created another website called "BSO betting software", when you contact them they say they are not the same people. But if you dig a little bit, you see BSO is registered under the same license as Bet-IBC (I mean exactly the same number) and you can even see IBC Broker written on their website.

So why BSO customer service lie by saying they are not the same company as Bet-IBC?

To me, their plan is clear: Bet-IBC 's reputation is getting very bad because they charge huge fees. Google it by yourself, someone depositing 8500 euros got only credited 6500 in his account. Bet-IBC are thieves, that's why they create clone websites, hoping no one would realize they are the same people.

Stay away from these people.

Last thing: I know the Bet-IBC guys will reply to this post saying my criticism is based on nothing, but again I have all proofs of what I am saying (screenshots of their customer service promoting ACC, screenshots of their license, screenshots of tons of bad stories about them...)

DO NOT USE!! Kept my funds after informing me that the bookie has kept the money. Took 4348 Euros of me with no explanation and now refuse to respond. 2000 Euro of that was a deposit that they won't give back and now ignore me. DO NOT USE

And I have not acted fraudulently, I've just placed bets. The fact that they keep your deposits shows that you shouldnt use these people.

I have been using the platform for months now, and what I appreciate most is the VIP platform.

100% trustworthy. I have had a very good experience with them, the deposits (only using Skrill & BTC myself) are fast enough if one don’t pay extra and withdraws are also quick.
For me they are a good broker. I am very happy to play in their platform and support is always available.

They are very close to being scammers.

Their website has a dropdown for a betfair account, however they created a fair999 account and refuse to fix the issue.

Also, during our emails they never mentioned that they would take more than 10% of the deposit I made.

Never use it. They are not friendly for plus players. I had account with them in there vip-inc platform and ps3838. After I made 30% plus to my ps3838 account it was blocked. And they offered me to move my deposit to vip-ibc. So the odds is very poor, even you will try to use pinnacle it will be lower then in originals. They charge you 5-15% more. You will never win with this odds in long distance. Always problems with withdraw. Don’t look to good reviews. It was wright by staff of this company. It’s a scam. You will never win with them.

they are just a SCAM, you deposit with them and they take more than 10 %, i have withdraw with them and they keeped from my withdraw 23 %, they explained its fast track withdraw5% extra i have useded another bitcoin address and is another 5% exra withdraw

If there's one thing all bettors agree on, it has to be the fact that having the best odds of your bets is very profitable! And using the VIP-IBC tool gives just that! Besides the high odds, the platform itself is quite easy to navigate, I highly recommend it to all punters, amateur and pro alike.

It works, I was able to withdraw, however. Be very explicit with them that you do not want to use their express withdrawal. They make you withdraw using a online form and there was an express withdrawal checkbox. I de selected it and they still processed he 5%. Ended up paying €400 in withdrawals because the6 couldn’t be bothered to read their own form. Their customer support is basically a bunch of children with petty one line answer and no genuine support. A sham company really. Their mistake should mean I get my cash back but it’s not happening. Cowboys! Avoid!

I was scared to start betting online due to frequent scams, but after searching for a reliable betting agent I found BET-IBC and it was the best discovering. Their customer service is available all the time, they accept many payment methods, even cryptocurrencies, and the support team process your transactions really fast. With them you only have to worry about your bets, I recommend them 100%

I have been using their VIP platform for over a year now and never had a problem so far, I like to do some arbitrage on the weekends to make some extra money and exercise the old math muscles on my brain, so it is great to have all odds in one place. Overall it is a good service with acceptable fees and a support team that answers quickly when I need it. I have had little to complain about so far.

Update: After 4 years of use, the platform improved a lot, now there are more sports and more bet types available, so I'm upgrading to 5 stars as I have no complaints left.
