They haven't paid me €3,000 for two years. I always get the same answer: "Upon review it is still under compliance check." Can you tell me where to file a complaint ?

Voods its a good company to scam people, they block 1 account whithout answear by more than 1 year.

I go to chat and they say "Hello! Thank you for contacting VOdds support. Upon review, your VOdds account is still under Comliance checking.
Rest assured that we will update you on email once we receive an update from the relevant team."

I transfered 1000€, did few transactions, had very good results, and when I tried to withdraw, the assets blocked with a freeze status.
The withdraw was requested on February 20th, we are march 4th, still frozen, no answer from the customer service, I’ve written 5 messages without any kind of feedback.
If your goal is to play, it’s up to you, but I will never put any cent again on this platform.

My story and bad experience with the platform and their services began on 11.12.2025 when I found out about it through an online advertisement and saw their offer. I decided to open an account without believing and reading that such slander and bad reviews exist... My first deposit on V Odds was in the amount of 300USDT on 14.11.2025, my account was 100% regular and verified, so I waited a few days to start using the account I spun those 300 USDT for 2 days straight without any major profit or gain, and I decided to deposit another 790 USDT.
I continued to play, and to my luck, but at the end of the day, NO LUCK... When I tried to log in to my account, it said that my account was suspended and that I had to contact an agent. I did so immediately because there was more personal money deposited into the account than winnings.
When I contacted the live chat, I have to admit that I received the worst customer support in the world, I waited too long without getting a response, and when they did respond, they were not specific and did not give me any details as to why or how my account was suspended.
But during that wait, automatic emails were constantly arriving at my address, saying that my account had been reactivated and that I could continue using it.
When I finally tried to log in and managed to log into my account, there was absolutely nothing, so I had to contact the bizarre live chat again and wait...
Unfortunately, while I was waiting for the live chat, the first real, non-automatic email arrived... where V Odds slandered me and I am severely DEGRADED by the slander and their lie, and their slander against me is allegedly that I played with unrealistic odds and matches that were manipulated... How would I, as a player on the site, know what it is when they have it on offer and are offering it?
We come to the conclusion that the WoD is not immune to winning players and are not resistant to winning sticks more than three times, so they have to find any excuse not to pay the winnings from the matches.
They refunded the deposit and did nothing else, they didn't give me any more detailed information, proof or any details, just a simple email that crippled and damaged me financially for no reason.
This is a shame for a society to allow such a fraudulent platform with sports betting services to exist on the market! I WANT TO SAY THAT THIS IS A COLLECTION OF UNPROFESSIONALS AND SCAMMERS, FROM MANAGEMENT TO LIVE CHAT! SHAME I SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS PLATFORM AND WEBSITE SO THAT YOU DON'T BE DAMAGED LIKE ME!

I recently registered with VOdds and entered the CRB150 cryptocurrency welcome bonus giveaway. Before making a deposit, I carefully read the promotion page and even confirmed the terms in the live chat.

The CRB150 bonus terms clearly state:

"To credit the bonus to your account, you must make settled bets up to 20 times your initial deposit."

Nowhere was it mentioned that the turnover would be calculated using the absolute profit/loss ratio. In reality, the total settled bets must be up to 20 times the deposit amount.

I deposited approximately €129 (equivalent to 150 USDT).

Therefore, the required turnover was approximately €2,580.

I placed a bet of approximately €2,600, as described in the promotion rules. Their account statement (AGG P&L) shows daily calculated bets of approximately €773 + €1,160 + €671.

When I contacted customer support to find out why the bonus hadn't been credited, the situation was dire:

First explanation: in the live chat, they told me my rollover wasn't complete because they "calculate the rollover based on the absolute value of the win/loss, not your stake." This rule wasn't stated anywhere in the CRB150 terms and conditions. Furthermore, during the conversation, the agent recalculated my rollover several times, citing completely different figures that were completely different from each other, indicating that the agent had absolutely no knowledge of how rollovers are calculated correctly.

The agent then changed their excuse again, claiming that some bets were excluded as "duplicates" or "arbitrations on the same event." They even listed "ITF Women Selva Gardena," "WTA Angers," "NCAA," etc., which are obviously tournament names, not duplicate events.

I requested proof, and they sent me an Excel file with all my bets. There were no duplicate bets on the same event, and the amounts did not exceed my initial deposit. Their accusation simply didn't align with the actual data.

After several hours of arguing in online chat, the matter was transferred to the "account manager."

Then the account manager (Joy) emailed me:

When I quoted the promo page to her, the agent acknowledged that this calculation method "is not yet spelled out in the terms and conditions," but said they "regret" this and continue to insist on using this internal definition.

According to her, my CRB150 turnover is only €53.33 (which corresponds exactly to my total profit of €10.13 + €21.10 + €22.10).

VOdds' "standard" method is to calculate turnover based on the absolute sum of wins and losses.

The CRB150 terms and conditions "have not yet been updated."

And they refuse to credit the bonus because, according to this internal method, I have not met the requirements.

In other words:

I joined the promotion under the same published rules.

I completed the requirement exactly as written (20x the total amount of settled bets).

Only after I completed it did VOdds invoke a different, unspoken internal rule and reject the bonus, citing the "standard terms and conditions" of other promotions and the general provision that they can cancel any offer for any customer.

They offered me €10 "of their own free will" and claimed their decision was final.

My conclusion:

In my opinion, this is a classic example of a bonus whose rules are effectively changed after the fact. The CRB150 terms and conditions posted on the website don't match how VOdds actually implemented the promotion. Initially, customer support gave me several contradictory explanations (including false accusations of "double betting"), after which the account manager finally confirmed that they use an entirely different definition of turnover, which wasn't specified in the CRB150 terms and conditions when I joined.

I have withdrawn my balance and will no longer use VOdds. Other players should be aware that:

Published terms and conditions of promotions may not reflect the actual internal rules;

VOdds may refuse to provide a bonus even if you comply with the written terms;

This was a very disappointing experience for me as a new customer.

Never had any issue in 5 years of using Vodds.

Signed up in 2020, used bank wires, Jeton and crypto to deposit and withdraw funds, always got paid (4 figures usually), within 1 hour.

Highly recommended, very honest team.

Overall, I’ve been satisfied with the service — the support has been responsive and the platform works well. One suggestion I’d make is to consider enabling instant deposits via Skrill, which is industry sandart, as one of mine took around 20–30 minutes to be credited, which was a bit stressful with a game about to start. It would also be great to see a wider range of sports offered in the future.

Vodds has nothing short of excellent. Transactions are smooth from start to finish, no delays from my end, even during peak hours or live play, which makes a huge impact not only for me for sure, the platform runs without lag what really impres me is the support team were always responsive, nice and ready when you need help .Vodds realy prioritises performans and satisfying the users I find peace when playing and it is reliable.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against VOdds betting platform.

My login - usdza0991676. I have been a user of vodds.com for approximately two years and have deposited a total of around $46,000 USD. On February 27, 2025, I placed my last bet, after which my account balance reached $24,199 USD.

The following day, on February 28, 2025, I was no longer able to access my account. Since then, I have contacted vodds.com multiple times via their support system and their Telegram channel, but I have not received any response for over a month.

To this day, my account remains inaccessible, and I have not received any explanation or updates regarding the status of my balance.

I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with VOdds support, but I only receive generic responses (“please wait”) without any real progress.

I respectfully request your intervention to review this situation and ensure a fair resolution.

Platform works fine, no issues yet coz i use it twice as of now, Haven't withdrawn. Will update soon hows the payment goes.

I tried withdrawing 1605€ from my VOdds account on the 5th of February. The next morning, my account was suspended without warning, and I never received my withdrawal.

I immediately contacted support and was told my account was under a compliance check. It has now been 7 days, and VOdds has provided zero updates, and no timeline for resolution despite my repeated requests. My account, holding nearly 4000€, remains frozen.

I am now taking further steps, including filing complaints on other betting platforms, reporting this issue to the fraud teams of the biggest crypto platforms (Kraken, Binance, etc), and exploring legal actions. If my issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will proceed with these actions immediately.

I demand that VOdds immediately restore access to my account and return my full bankroll of nearly 4000€ without further delay.

UPDATE #3: It's the 18th of February, and after almost two weeks of silence, VOdds has responded to my Trustpilot review, BUT they continue to ignore all my direct emails and requests for updates. This confirms that VOdds is only responding here to manage their public reputation, not to actually resolve my issue. My account with nearly 4000€ remains frozen. Since they continue to ignore me privately, I have now contacted them via Telegram and will escalate further if they refuse to respond. Until my funds are returned, I strongly advise others to STAY AWAY from this platform.

UPDATE #8: It’s the 3rd of March, and VOdds has now ignored my requests for evidence for two full weeks. Instead of addressing my complaint, they have invited (see the badge next to their name) three suspicious "customers" to leave fake reviews on Trustpilot.

All three reviews gave a 4/5 rating - a convenient way to inflate their score without looking too obvious and pushing my review further down the list. Coincidence? I don’t think so.

Meanwhile, my Reddit post has now reached 4500+ views, meaning thousands of people are learning about VOdds' scam tactics. I continue updating the post regularly to make sure even more people are warned.

This further confirms that VOdds is acting in bad faith and has no legitimate reason to confiscate my funds. They are deliberately avoiding accountability while keeping my nearly 4000€ locked.

DO NOT trust any positive reviews left after my complaint - these are fake reviews, part of VOdds' strategy to bury legitimate complaints and increase their Trustpilot rating.

Odds scan is the GOAT, and its really convenient. Whether you’re into sports or casino betting, it’s designed to be easy to navigate. My thanks to the devs for such a tool.

My FairExchange account on which I play through the VODDS platform has been blocked since May 14, 2023.
It's been a year since my 900 euros have been blocked at Fairexchange.
I have sent dozens and dozens of emails to restart VODDS but the response is always the same "your Fairexchange account is being verified".
I advise you to stay very far away from VODDS because they steal money.
I've never seen an audit take this long.
Also note that VODDS reimbursed a first friend (200 euros) for the same reason but that for my second friend and me, they absolutely do not want to.
I'm very disappointed because the beginnings on VOODS were great but today I lost 900 euros that they stole from me.

Just tried 2 days with some bets and they stoles 3% off all my wins! I never see that in other place! For me, the worst company i tried! Much better on the market.

I placed a bet 3 minutes before kick-off and it was CONFIRMED within seconds. Some 15 minutes later I happen to notice that my account balance is larger than it should have been. Upon inspection I find that the status of my bet has been CHANGED to VOIDED and that the change occurred 15 minutes after the bet was shown as CONFIRMED, all while the game was already well in-play.

Live support is completely useless. They were 'checking on my concern' for well over 45 minutes (second half of the game was already well under way).

STAY AWAY from this company. You will save yourself money, but most importantly you will save your nerves.

Still two month since they steal 8k from me and still dont wanna pay.
