My poster is beautiful. I would definitely order again from this company. It was quick . There even was a problem with shipping address and it was fixed quickly. Good job!

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I did not get my sign. after weeks of back and forth with agents who do not speak English they never made my sign. When I called about it for the 2nd time, I learned the signs are cut in INDIA and can't be overnighted, even when ALL OF THE MISTAKES ARE ON THEIR END.. THIS COMPANY SUCKS, DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING YOU NEED IN LESS THAN A MONTH. THEY ARE USLESS.

Horible company, It takes over 30 mins to talk with anyone there. I have spent 40 mins on hold then they hang up on my. These people will process your order without you signing off on a proof. Horible customer service

Horrible customer service. Never shipped. Never responded.
Waste of time. Huge disappointment

This company is a joke. I purchased two banners and chose upload artwork later. Upon attempting to do so, their website does not allow any file types to be uploaded. When trying to call customer service I was on hold for over 70 minutes while being in queue number one for over 50 minutes. Middle of the day too. Their chat is just a chatbot that always replies with “I don’t understand your request’ no matter what I asked. Never again!

Extremely poor customer service. Paid $200 for expedited shipping and after issues on Fedex, Best of Signs was unable to provide any assistance with re-routing the package. Said multiple times they would update within a few days and never did. Refused to refund shipping charge. BTW their policy for getting back to you on simple tasks is 24-48 hours...

I just want to shout out this company for A+ quality and customer service!! I initially placed my order for 2 big head cutouts. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other companies for the same product. When I received my order…..both of my cutouts were damaged…..one completely broken in half and the other one not completely broken but severely creased and close to breaking. I was very disappointed and knew I only had a few days before the event. I called the company stressed my concerns and urgency to get a replacement. I called on Monday, resolution center contacted me on Tuesday, either I could get a credit or reorder……definitely wanted a reorder because I am that grandma and needed these for my grand daughter’s event. They promised I would get them with express shipping in time for the program. They were delivered on Friday and I am so elated. My granddaughter has no idea I had these made and can’t to surprise her and display them proudly. Thank you Best of Signs and I will definitely be ordering again from this company!!!

HORRIBLE! I placed my order on September 23, 2025 with a promise delivery date of October 2. Come October 4 I notify them that I have not received anything. To which they respond that I never approved the email they sent me. (No email was sent). So I told them to just print it, and received it October 9. The order comes in with only 1 of the 2 30ft banners I ordered. I contacted them Friday October 10 and was told it would be 24 hours, by email, because they don't do phone. Waited and heard nothing. So I contacted them again on saturday in which they then emailed me on sunday asking for pictures. I sent a pic and video, was told again 24 hours. After not hearing anything I called them monday and was told I would hear something within 3 hours. On Tuesday I called and was told 2 hours, and I said that was unacceptable and spoke to them about the whole issue with not hearing back. They promised I would. I called back after two hours in which they said I would get an email. I said I just needed a refund. I get another email asking me to remove the item from the package. I emailed back that I just needed a refund, and I pointed out the end, and the weight (which obviously couldn't be two banners). And had to order from another company. Customer service is an absolute joke. DO NOT waste your money! They cheap because they scam!.

I never got my order and never got a refund. They charge you for expedited shipping that they can’t deliver on and will just send you an email saying they can’t get it to you on that date even when you pay expedited shipping fees. I still never got the order nor did I get a refund.

I paid $180 for faster shipping, and never received it on that did, and they asked me to wait more 3 days, when i asked for a shipping refund, they refused.. telling me to reach again if i didn’t receive it in the next 3 days

I specifically ordered from this company in order to receive it by a certain date for an event. The company sent a proof with no button to press “approve” but just a comment box where I physically wrote “approved”. They did nothing for 2 days and then sent another proof- again which did not have an approve button. I again commented “approved” and they then sent me an email saying the items would be delivered 4 days later now- due to delay in proof approval (which was NOT a delay on my part). So now I’m going to have not enough time to stuff and finalize our bags before our event even though I did everything right on my end. Would not recommend. This is my first time as a customer and I will not be a repeat customer.
