I am so disappointed, the overall items were of poor quality and too small. Much to my dismay there return policy is nonexistent. After several emails they sent me address in China.
They make it incredible difficult to return the items. They wanted me to keep the items with partial refund. They would get the majority of my cash. This is so wrong and unacceptable. I do think it’s a scam and have had to cancel my credit card because I was concerned about them having access to my account and my credit card company was of the same opinion. Given the lack a return policy. I think because they make so difficult to return goods, customers give up and they get to keep the money for unwanted goods.

The dress I received was nothing like the description. It was supposed to be long and flowy instead it was short and made out of scratchy gauze-like material. The sizing is completely wrong also and not at all like the measurements online. You could save a lot of money and get something better than this from wish

Please believe the people who say the orders do not turn up in any thing like the advertised time. That is my experience.

I made an order on 9th of July and still haven't received my package.And you want to call yourselves a 'trustworthy' company!hilarious! Stay away from this company.

I order 5 dresses which finally got delivered 2 weeks later to find very poor quality material (nylon nighty matetial) not what was shown in the pictures. Therefore returned items to the returns address on the original parcel to find that's not the correct address it's somewhere in China therefore now out of pocket by £90. As berry look will not refund until 're covered parcel from returns address on label and rest to China I will not throw more money after lost. THIS company had no morals and doesn't care about customer service
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM GOOGLE SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM THIER PAGES!!!!!!!!!!!

Clothing is ill fitting. Materials used are cheap.

I had a shocking experience with this company. The clothing quality and sizing is appalling, customer service is email only, they try to barter with you by offering some money so that you keep the goods. When, following numerous emails (no telephone contact available) they eventually give you the returns address (it isn't available otherwise), you have to pay recorded postage back to China, which is very expensive. They then lied that they had only received some of my returned four items, so I ended up losing £40-50 on a £75 order. The whole process from ordering took months. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT ORDERING FROM BERRYLOOK, it's a total scam, the clothes look nice online, but the reality is a nightmare. Reading other reviews of similar Chines clothing companies that advertise online through pop-ups, this seems to be a trend. I will not use any of them again, please spread the message so others don't get scammed.

Terrible website sent the wrong dress wrong color looks like it was burnt with something and stains all over ... I asked for my money back they give me a 12 dollar voucher, needless to say i will not be purchasing anything else lessen learned!!! You should be ashamed of yourself running a buusness like this !!! SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WOULD LET ME LEAVE 0 STARS !!!

I’ve ordered lots of clothes before Xmas. Nothing looked like the photos. Very cheap quality and sizes that don’t correspond. I’ve emailed customer services several times- they wanted me to take pictures of each item to show what was wrong. I had more than 10 items- who has the time to do this? I’ve also didn’t want to open them and then they would have refused the items because they were opened. So, I’m left with a big full of rags that no one would want to wear and a hole in my budget. I don’t think this company heard of customer rights. If I’m not happy with the quality of your products, surely they should accept this as a reason for return?
Never again!

It's a scam!! Don't buy those trash clothes!!

Buyer beware!!!!!! Sizes are not even close to being accurate. I ordered an XL coat and a child size coat arrived. Returning it is extremely expensive. Do not buy from this site!

I ordered 3 items on 13/05/2021. 1 of the item didn’t arrive till today . And the online order tracking still reflect “processing” OMG this is too long wait!! Probably will not receive.
The 2 items received are not acceptable quality and poor finishing workmanship . Disappointed purchase. Don’t recommend from this company

Rubbish. I got something completely different to what i ordered and it was as if the sizes were made for a toddler and not an adult. I don't know how people are giving this 5 stars but i'm telling you from my own experience that it's not worth it to buy from here. In fact, if you buy from here you are doomed

Worst ever. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Rob you of all your money. Its not worth it. Really cheap quality not even worth 5 quid. Don't buy from here unless you wanna lose money. They're just scammers, i ordered before i read reviews and i regret it. Lost £60. Tried cancelling my order and they said i would only get £10 refund. I didnt even get confirmation email or tracking details. Ordered medium but the clothes size for 8 year olds.

What was advertised is totally different from what I received. Most of the Items I bought did not fit and were of appalling quality. I was sent wrong items I didn't ordered. I bought 14 dresses and none of it looks like what I saw on the site when I complained, I was asked which site did I bought from and I sent my order receipt and just say they are sorry and gave me the returns address and not even write whether they will return my money. Under no circumstances will I ever purchase from this company. They just portrayed what the are not.

Quick delivery, fabulous items. The deals I get everytime I visit the website is out of the ordinary. The jeans would be my personal fave of a collection. Berrylook always have something up their sleeves, matched with cost-efficient services.

Absolutely rubbish quality dresses. Wrong sizes. Wrong length. What a disappointment. Delivery took over 4 weeks. Will not he ordering from this company again.

Dear Lord. What a complete, bloody scam. Sweater I ordered was...was....well, WHAT was it!? I think it must have been made out of twine. I’ve kept it as it’s good for a laugh, as are the clunky, illiterate “reviews”. ( I’m so super excited for my cute jumper and all friend want and love, love it).
Caveat Emptor. ME
