Berry look tried to take me for a fool back in 2019. Sent clothes that in NO WAY represented the catalog photos. Fabric was coarse and grainy. The colors were strange and did not look anything like the catalog. The sizes were not accurate. A ‘maxi’ dress that I purchased, ended just above my knees, and I’m only 5’6-hardly model proportions.

Then they tried to have me take the ‘clothes’-and I use that term loosely, to a seamstress and pay the seamstress for a letter attesting to why the clothes were unwearable. They also I suggested that if the clothes were not repairable (Why are they suggesting that I pay for corrections to NEW clothes to make them wearable???) that I donate to charity. I wouldn’t allow my dog to lie on these rags let alone donate them to people in need.

*******And all the responses they post in here? They don’t mean any of it. They are not interested in solutions. They want it to look like they care but they could not care less.

They will not refund your money, they will not accept returns or will give you inaccurate return addresses (and phone numbers) knowing that you have to pay EACH TIME to mail the package. They just want you to shut up and go away.

As for the email addresses they post here in the ‘We are sorry to hear this BS responses, the email address they supply is either non existent or they will stop responding to you. They have absolutely NO intent on helping you to find a solution. It is ALL lip service. Do not believe even one word of the drivel they spew.

Bought a black dress that promised to make me the belle of the ball. Instead I looked like I was auditioning for a role in Pretty Woman. It was way too short. The pictures must have been taken with the model wearing an XXL size, because I order a 8-10 (US) and would could see everything! I think it's the last time I'll be buying from berrylook.shop despite the price. Proceed with caution before you buy because the sizes may not be what you expect

They respond on Trustpilot only for marketing purposes and not to actual concerns with products. They will not respond appropriately at all.
Please do not purchase from them as it could result in lost money and bad products. There are plenty of reputable places to purchase from.

Response received from BerryLook (sorry to hear.....), no action taken, and Trust Pilot provided a no reply email so emails to BerryLook cannot be delivered. No wonder why fraud is on the rise!

0.5 rating would be more appropriate! A business boarding fraudulent. Ordered several items, contacted to return as per the website, refused to provide return address, returned to where it was shipped from, have been invoicing monthly since and they refuse to refund however each month promise a return is being processed. Have resorted to 1) Better Business complaint and 2) small claims court. Do not recommend every having anything to do with this organization.

I ordered about 120£ of different clothes of winter I get something totally different after waiting longtime horrible quality and material I get one items the fabric in front is not same in back

Ordered nearly 100 pounds worth of items,then I noticed I ordered 2 of the same item,emailed them same day to rectify it,bur told me it had already been dispatched...a lot of nonsense couldn't believe they ignored it.will never order off them again.and I will tell all my friends and family stay clear from this site..absolutely disgusted how they do business plus its very poor quality..cheap...

WOW! I ordered a few items and only one of them fit properly. There was no packing slip in the packaging and it is impossible to find a way to talk to anyone about returning the items that do not fit. There is a return policy of 30 days but no telephone number on their website for customer service AND the e-mail option fails one try after another. WHO is this company? Buyer BEWARE!!!

Ordered 2 denim shirts with 2 pockets. When they arrived they weren't denim and the pockets were only printed on and not real! Who does this? What company creates shirts that are just prints of the real thing including only prints of pockets! So ridiculous! No one would want that. They clearly think Americans are stupid. This is illegal and the US Federal Trade Commission is accepting complaints by consumers (so file yours all you readers out there) and has been fining companies a lot of money and banning them from doing business in the US. More legislation is in the works to permanently shut these fraudulent companies down. Horrible.

I emailed Berrylook and they are only paying me $21 of the $61.92 I spent. I absolutely insist on the full $61.92 for both shirts at $21.14 each AND the shipping cost of $17.95 that they falsely obtained from me KNOWING they were going to send me terrible fake clothing. Offering partial refunds is part of their scam. They can still make a killing off the amount they keep including the very inflated shipping costs. When you knowingly charge for a terrible product that is nothing like the pictures or description that is fraud and illegal AND customers need to be reimbursed the complete amount.

DO NOT ask me to email you to "fix this". According to other reviewers you don't reply to them so please don't waste yours and my time. I will only accept a full refund. I have already contacted my bank and filed a fraud alert with them and filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Chinese companies will not keep getting away with ripping of consumers like this. Do you have a conscience? Would you like a company to purposely rip you off too?

I tried to place an order with Berrylook (should have read reviews first). Despite the marquee statement "Free Shipping nationwide", I received an email from service@berrylook that they do not offer free shipping. I had put my Paypal information in and pressed "complete order'... Fortunately it did not go through. I am watching my Paypal to make sure it does not go through. It seems that none of these cheap clothing stores on facebook are legitimate. I will stick to Amazon. At least they stand behind their vendors' products.

My order no DO610 received my piece of rag today supposed to be a coat please do not ever use this company they are disgraceful and goods are nothing like pics they show, my order was not I was hoping for. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

I ordered a velvet top. What I received bore no likeness to the one ordered. I think that they were just trying to get rid of some old tat. I shall never buy from them again and shall advise everyone I know not to.

Ordered a dress, turned up and the material was so cheap! Was really thin. Not what it said. I said I wanted a refund but it's been over a month now and they keep making excuses! Even said I need to close my complaint first before they can refund me! Also saying I have to pay to return it. What a joke. They have been rude and dont have customer service skills. Probably just auto replys. Still trying to get my money back now. What a con.

Berry Look cheated me out of $150. I ordered a number of tops all at once which came to around $150. I ordered all size large (I wear a 10 US). The clothing was seemingly sized for children. Their large was equal to a US size small. So I wanted to return the shirts. You have to get their authorization/instructions to send a return. I contacted them several times and they never replied to process the return. They intentionally wait to respond until after the 30-day return window has expired. What a scam!

Terrible company. Admitted to sending the wrong items which also look NOTHING like the catalogue.
Offered to return for the correct items.
Paid $32
Offered me a $12 discount on another purchase.
Rejected offer, asked for a refund.
New offer of $9 refunded and i get to keep the rags that were sent.

They are refusing to give me a refund or send the correct item. DO NOT purchase from them!
It also took over a month to receive the disappointing items.

Total SCAM! My wife ordered 5 sweaters from Berrylook. She never received a order number or receipt. Never recieved any information regarding her purchase. Weeks after her purchase she emailed Berrylook regarding the delivery date for her purchase. Berrylook emailed her and informed her that they cannot help her without an order number. She emailed back informing them that they never sent her an order number. They then emailed her stating unfortunately they couldn't help her without an order number. This was pure comedy. The three Stooges apparently own a clothing company! Low and behold her sweaters arrived a week later in the mail. All the sweaters are the worst quality we have ever seen. You might pay $5 for these in a dollar store. They looked nothing like the quality presented in Berrylook's pictures. One of the sweaters she never even ordered. The sweater sizes she ordered were all small and the sweaters that arrived seem to be larges. Also no labels so they can probably cover their butts and say it was a mistake. The other disturbing fact was that none of the cheap, poor quality sweaters were the colors she ordered. Do not buy anything from this company! I suggest they change their company name to BerryTOOK because they sure took advantage of us and my wife's money. My poor wife!

Do not get suckered-poor quality of clothing. Although they advertise free returns. Try to find an address or contact number to return on their website. No return information was received with any of my three packages. I emailed and they never responded! Buy elsewhere!
