Benson for Beds is the worst company I…
Benson for Beds is the worst company I have ever used, from placing an order, to having to wait two months, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE absolutely useless company.
There was no communication after placing an order for £2,000 and then potentially going back to purchase a bed, the lack of knowledge of anything was atrocious.
The staff were not helpful at all and I found them to be money oriented not the care and consideration for the customer.
Contacted customer services on several occasions absolutely no response and after sending emails still no reply, there customer service and support is non existence.
Went back to buy a bed, the staff were not helpful at all, manager did not want to give any discounts and I found them unhelpful so had to go elsewhere.
While at the Swindon store I noticed the wardrobe I purchased was now 25% off and lights included.
I asked Manager if he could please allow me to have lights, I didn’t want the price difference, he said NO I couldn’t said I should contact customer services, I didn’t so but unfortunately NO RESPONSE.
About a month later had a reply no compassion or consideration just NO wouldn’t allow it.
This company is awful and I strongly advise anyone NOT TO USE THEM!!!!

We bought a bed for our daughter, Benson beds were great they gave us time to look and choose what we wanted, the time scale to deliver was good and the delivery guys were great and assembled the bed so we did not have to do anything. Great service will 100% recommend

Great service in store and from delivery team.
Martin was very patient with us and explained the pros and cons of the mattresses we were looking at, there was no pressure to make a purchase there and then.
We did place an order on our second visit and the delivery was made about 10 days later with good communication about our two hour time slot. The delivery guys were friendly and delivery made to the room of our choice.

Flawless from entering the store to delivery!
1. Very lovely lady (called Jo) at the Swindon branch was really helpful and knowledgable about the products and advised me based on my preferences and made the ordering system very straightforward.
2. Great communication before day of delivery and on the day of delivery
3. Delivered within the 2 hour time window specified by two very friendly, helpful and courteous guys who had to carry it up two sets of stairs! I also received a phone call from them when they were 10 mins away, AND I could follow their location on my phone using a link emailed to me. Excellent!

The delivery was 2pm to 4 but the delivery was 3hrs late at 7pm after I had to make several phone calls at last it arrived and was told I could not make up and leave to air for at least 2hrs the delivery men were very polite but I only had a call from them after 2hrs delay

Fantastic company
The bed frame and mattress in themselves were really good quality. I got an absolute bargain. Carl and Steve the delivery men were brilliant! Tbf I only seen one of them as ther were so efficient! I had an estimated time of delivery. I also got a call when they were about half an hour away. If I ever need a new bed again I would just go straight to Benson beds. I would definitely recommend Benson beds!

Good bed however unprofessional follow up
I really like the bed. However the bed was delivered with two visible stains at the lower end. After assembling it, the delivery team acknowledged the issue, apologised, took photographs of the stains, and advised that someone would contact me to arrange a replacement or resolve the problem. Despite this assurance, I have not been contacted, and the issue remains unresolved.
