Great customer service from daryl, didn't feel pressure to buy extra items and offered good advice

Great staff and even better value for money. The customer service at Macclesfield was excellent-knowledgeable and friendly service from start to finish

Sales person Darryl was pleasant and very helpful. Even though the mattress I was interested in was not in store I was shown one of equivalent quality. This helped to decide on the mattress . All the finance information was explained in a friendly manner.

To us it's important to get chance to browse without the presence of a sales assistant on your shoulder. That's what we got at Macclesfield branch. Time to browse, then ask questions when we where ready. Alfie was great with us, answering all our questions, then giving us space and time to check all the beds and mattresses out. Looking forward to our delivery.

From the sales room to delivery felt really looked after and great value for money. Would definitely recommend buying a mattress from here.

Once chosen, I was fully informed of what to expect from that point to the delivery date. Lucca, who had just started working there, was off to a good start by being a very pleasant and polite young man. Also John, who was also very helpful. The mattress is spot-on in terms of quality and comfort. Thank you guys

First time buying a mattress or even going mattress shopping. We went into Dreams next door and the vibe just wasn’t the one. When we entered we were greeted by Alfie who was just the ideal salesman, not pushy at all and knew his stuff. We weren’t even planning on buying that day but we felt like we made the right choice after consulting with him. Give him a raise!

The time is 13:45. I am still waiting in for a delivery that was scheduled for between 9:32 and 11:32. After numerous text messages regarding delivery slots and "keeping us up to date", still no mattress. A phone call at 12:24 promised delivery within the hour. STILL WAITING!
