Excellent customer service at the Macclesfield store
Both Darryl and Andy were exceeding helpful, they asked us sensible pointed questions concerning what we were looking for in a mattress/bed. They listened and there was no hard sell. They made suggestions, allowed us to try the different mattres choices regardless of price. They both made a point to make sure that the whole process was enjoyable and that we left with a purchase that satisfied us.

We purchased a new bed base. The whole experience from first entering the shop to delivery was first class.
We found Daryll in the store to be very helpful with our decision of which base to choose without being over the top.The base was delivered on the correct date and on time. Then a member of staff named Andrew called at our house in his own time to help with a problem of my making which was soon remedied. It was a pleasure to make our purchase from Bensons for Beds and we will certainly use them again.
