We decided to go to bensons for bed as we wanted to try the mattress simulator.
It was a great starting point in choosing a mattress that suited us, and also getting the right pillow to take on the showroom experience with us.
We found Lee very helpful and informative.

The customer service was great , the sales man wasn't pushy and gave me the options of different price ranges. I felt I wasn't rushed and he spent time explaining the differences between mattresses to make sure I picked the most suitable.

From sale to delivery everything was perfect. Martin at Grimsby branch helped us find the best mattress and bed to match, delivery date given for 5/6 weeks later as we expected. Delivery date was as agreed, on time and the delivery guys was brilliant. Couldn't fault a thing. Beds great solid quality and mattress is fantastic. 100% recommended.

We went in to the store for a look, with an interest but absolutely no intention to buy.
The salesman was very informed, he gave thorough explanation of everything and guidance on the options available to us.
He was by no means a pushy salesman, but we left the store with a full bed, headboard and mattress package.
There is a months wait on the delivery, but so far so good as far as our experience has been

Sadly wrong product was delivered. We ordered brown and a grey, reject was attempted to be delivered.

The delivery guys were fab, very compassionate and to be fair after a few phone calls a refund was give .

The whole experience has put us starting a business back 2 months due to needing the beds to move rooms and create an office.

Lee was really friendly and super helpful which made choosing what we wanted very simple and very clear. Thanks Lee

I went in Bensons with my 13year old daughter today to purchase her a new bed and was served by a gent named Lee he was super helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted, he didn’t try to over sell his knowledge of beds and mattress was fantastic I was super impressed with my whole experience I got exactly what I wanted supper impressed will be returning in the next 6 months to replace my bed.

Our Sales Advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful but also left us alone to browse.

Great service from Lee. Helped to find the perfect mattress that appeased both me and my husband who wanted different things. Suggested products upon request and didn't feel pressured. 100% recommend!
