Maxine was very helpful and left me to walk around to view mattresses. There was one mattress type which was more suited to my needs and Maxime advised which ones along with spring to try upstairs and down.
I paid the deposit and opted to pay the remainder over 12 months. When I received the email from the finance company this was incorrect at 20 months. I went into the shop to explain this and they advised they would amend to 12 months and this was corrected within 30 mins. I have purchased from the store before and always find them very helpful.

Brilliant purchase & delivery process
Right from ordering the bed and mattress over the phone with support from Kyle at Bensons Broadstairs to being reminded if felivery date to being given window of delivery times ..i was kept informed. The delivery men all 3 were efficient and respectful of my house and completed assemble of the bed

Had a problem with my mattress 😒. Bensons in Broadstairs sorted it very quickly. No fuss no bother. Ordered another one, delivery date and time all agreed .Very helpful staff. All kind and courteous. Delivery staff were on time ,friendly and very respectful.

No pushy Salesman for a change.
We were both pleased not to have been approached by a pushy salesman the minute we walked in the store. This gave us time to look around. We already knew what we wanted but did have a few questions. Upon speaking to Graham for a few minutes, he answered all our questions. Whilst the delivery was a little longer than mentioned on line, this was not a major issue, so we were pleased to give Bensons our business. The 40 day mattress return policy is an excellent idea just in case the one we ordered turns out to be uncomfortable. Overall very pleased with Bensons and Grahams assistance.

Thumbs up to bensons for beds
The friendly and knowledgeable staff made choosing my bu k beds easy . They were very helpful making sure that the colour was right for my belly decorated room and and that I had appropriate mattresses for for .y grandchildren that would be sleeping on them . I asked if they built them on delivery and was told no but they had someone who they used to do this for them at an extra cost and I accepted this offer they contacted him and booked him for an extra cost of £89. The bunks were duly assembled and fine until we put the door on then there was an issue with the ladder which had been placed at the top. I rang the fitter and asked if he could move the ladder tk the other end as he hadn't asked if we had any preference which end the ladder was and he was more than happy to do this pro riding I paid him another £45. I don't think that is acceptable. This in no way reflects on bensons I have no concerns with them but be aware the fitter may well try and take advantage take of you

We were left to browse in peace and when we had questions, it seems the sales person sensed this and just appeared. She was polite, knowledgeable and had some great advice.
