Staff in the Aintree shop were very helpful and informative about the types of mattress they sell and helped us try out various ones. The whole process was quick and efficient with regular emails letting us know the progress until delivery. The delivery team were exceptional, arriving on time and helped me move a bookcase which was making it difficult getting the mattress upstairs. 5 star service also.

Bought a new mattress from Bensons in Aintree. Staff were very helpful and thought we had picked our new mattress. A week after it had been delivered we realised it wasn't for us. We went back to the shop and Claire helped us choose a new mattress. Nothing was a problem. She was very kind and helped us choose a more comfortable mattress without any stress whatsoever. Would highly recommend all the staff and store. Five star service without any problems. Thanks Claire 💙

Lots of choices and easy purchase process

Lyndsey in the shop was great, very informative and knowledgable helping us to decide on the right bed size and type. Price matched with a competitor no problem as per their policy. Arranged delivery and assembly/disposal of old items. Kept informed at all points, phone call and email the day before with more info and morning of delivery. Team who sorted that were also friendly and professional.

I bought a mattress from the Aintree store. I knew which brand I wanted. There was absolutely no pressure from staff and I was helped to make a decision on what degree of firmness suited me best. Customer service throughout the selection and buying process was first class and everything was explained clearly.

Service from start to finish was really good. Sales were helpful and delivery was as should be expected. However, disappointed with the quality of the mattresses - a high price for average quality and we disagree they could be used by adults on occasion.
