As a food tourist I have travelled to various different places to try new foods and Bella Italia was on the list , unfortunately the first time me my wife and 2 kids went to the restaurant in Brighton on dukes lane they said prams weren’t allowed so we offered to fold one they still didn’t accept so we left no problem, we went there the next day because we had to tick it off our food list to try the experience but instead of sitting inside we sat outside so we can have the prams and not get in the way of anyone , 10 mins waiting my wife decided to go ask inside if there was table service outside and if she can order , the same young lady from the day before said rudely that they ain’t taking any more orders for tables as she was too busy despite the restaurant not even being busy at 12:30, PLEASE STAY AWAY AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER BRANCH IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE BELLA ITALLIA AS WE WILL NOT STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN!!

My daughter and I had 2 pizzas at Bella Italia, Eldon Square , Newcastle,the worst pizza I have ever had.
I was a disgrace and almost inedible. The dough was like cardboard and as for the cheese and tomatoe , it was non existent, red and yellow paint!!
The bill was extortionate, £34 for inedible crap. I would advise anyone to not waste their money and steer away from this place!!

From the time we came through the door the service and assistant manager were brilliant
Food was very hot and drinks were amazing
We treated a friend to birthday treat. It was so lovely well looked after from the service to food all great with manager Ed. But this time we had assistant Amila he was so wonderful. I always go to this branch had wonderful time.
I highly recommend this branch 55 Queensway .

Spaghetti carbonara tasted harsh… not creamy with the taste of pancetta and soft cheese as usual. Strange burnt flavour… Penne con filetto was bland with no taste or flavour other than canned tomatoes. Burrato and bruschetta for starters was really good.
