What a bad webpage used from mobile
What a bad webpage used from mobile. Hangs if there is a saved item in the cart and returning again. Changes state in ordering if phone is rotated between portrait and landscape. Same popup appearing again and again regarding newsletter. And on and on. Will never use again.

Delivery with 2 faulty parts- No replacements
Delivery with 2 faulty parts, no assurance of delivery date for replacement. And misleading reply on trustpilot with NO acknowledgement of any wrong doing or misleading conduct.
Never, in my life, have I ever encountered such stubbornly appalling service. It’s actually a testimony to their sheer willpower to have such terrible processes in place.
I have been informed that they are checking with the “product” manager, for if and when I can get a replacement 2 weeks after my delivery. Is this really a company you can trust with your money? Absolutely not. Something is broken in their supply, customer service and shipping fulfillment management. And apparently it’s absolutely fine for me to be waiting a month for a fully working product that was meant to arrive in 6 days. The company is a joke.
