I placed an order with Beldeur for some video camera and a doorbell. I did not know that i was supposed to wait 2 weeks for the products to arrive. Allright, no problem. I send the products back to them on 22.12.2026 after initiating the refund. From the very beggining they allowed me to recieve the return shipping label only after i send pictures to them that the products were not opened or used. Done that. The package to them left with the currier on 22.12. I did not recieve any type of confirmation from them, so on 19.01. i wrote to them about the products. They said they will not offer me a refund on the products, unless i send them the proof that i sent the packages to them. I think this is total non-sense. Do they have the right to not initiaite a refund, because i do not provide them a shipping proof? The products are allready with them, and they do not want to do anything about it, because i do not have anymore the proof of sending the package to them. Is this allowed? The products are with them, the money are paid long time ago, and i do not have anything now. The amount is around 230euro. I think this is not normal at all. They have a dropshipping company, where they advertise their business like having everything on stock and the products being located in NL, but is not like that. Besides that, there is 30 days since the packages was sent to them, and they confirmed me that they will not do anything about it if i do not send them the shipping proof. I have proof of everything that i described, all the discussions being on email. No phone number available from them, nothing. Only one number that is not working never.
