Super happy

Team was very helpful, even for a custom request. Printed gold foil cards and swing tags have been delivered earlier than expected. Quality is absolutely perfect. Great paper, printing colours and gold foil with a stamped look. Price super competitive. We can absolutely recommend this company.

The worst company to get your CD covers…

The worst company to get your CD covers printed from - DO NOT USE!!
We ordered regular CD sleeves and when they arrived, they were rectangle rather than square and made from flimsy thin card.
When I rang the company to complain, I was told by the rudest man that it wasn't their fault and then he put the phone down on me. I tried ringing them several more times but they never got back to me. Needless to say I never got a refund.
The website gives you the impression they are based in London, but from the postal mark on the CD covers, they were made in India.
AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The Rudest company I have ever dealt with!

We ordered CD wallets for our upcoming show totalling £300 when they arrived they were absolutely awful !! They were covered in glue, they were not standard CD size, much larger than normal, the card wasn’t matched up properly and the quality of the card was rubbish, they had banded the the wallets together with very tight bands and therefore dented most of them... the list goes on!! Absolutely terrible.
We rang up to discuss the problem and asked for a refund and couldn’t believe the rudeness of the people we spoke to,They flatly refused to give us our money back in a very aggressive tone all the while there was a screaming baby in the background, very unprofessional. We tried to make them understand that they had to take responsibility for this and they refused! We rang several times and they would offer no help whatsoever These people should not be in business , they are rude ,aggressive, and arrogant. .Please don’t use them they are the worst company we have ever dealt with and their printing is not fit for purpose.

Very unprofessional, bad quality product

Seen gold foil pressed business card samples on their page and was quickly persuaded, that this is what I was looking for.
As bad as it can get...designing process took nearly 3 weeks, no simple option on their page there you could edit your file. Had to go back and fourth via email.
Once final product agreed, was very exited and must say delivery probably was the only smooth thing during the whole process. Unpacked the package (not even professionally boxed in, never mind)...and series of errors started to come out, or being pointed out by others...
1. My logo missing small detail...sadly final design with this error was approved...how ether non of our logos (or files) have this error, must be clearly wrongly edited by them;
2. "Have you cut it with scissors your self" someone asks me - something I though to go away with, but yes, no sharp edges. Slightly bended, even uneven - no straight lines. Like it would be hand made...
3. The samples on their page are clear - letters are pressed in with either foil finish or not. My finish is plain foil "printed" on top. No letters pressed in. I have been told to go for 600GSM thick business cards, which are more expensive, as they said this is what needed for the gold foil press. This is obvious if you press letters in from both sides, this would be required. However, as letters haven't been pressed in, 400GSM would be just enough. But the issue is that we expected letter to be pressed in, and they there not.
I have been told that I "should have requested letterpress effect with order" there is no option for the letter press to choose and no question asked? How can someone represent images with letters pressed in and but no option to choose expect to request such feature? Simply their error. There are all different options, and by pressing and choosing them, you get different quote...every feature is charged, and no letterpress option there.
Simply unprofessional, would not recommend them to anyone. Finally we have to use our solicitor to get our money back.

Would happily do business with them again!

The customer service was good and the price was very reasonable for what I was asking for. It was a custom project and I wanted 150 business cards with a specific design in mind. It included blind-debossing for the front with gold foil printing and two tone colouring for the back also with gold foil print with colour applied to the sides. They did everything I asked for. There were a fair few emails back and forth with drafts to get everything the way I wanted but we got there in the end. They even handled the artwork for the debossing design which came out really well.
