Bedycasa Impact Reviews 

The couple had booked a room in my home but hadn't confirmed it - language barrier? I had their flight number, names but no photo or phone number (perfectly normal, they had not confirmed their booking with Bedycasa).
Is there some way that I can obtain more information about prospective guests - become a 'premium member?' or something else?
I have been with your site for quite a few years and had lots of awesome guests - many who have returned for a second time - and I really appreciate the service you provide.

It was immense pleasurable stay and Cristiane is a very good host. She always help in every step and i like the humour of her. Everything was neat and clean and i suggest to everone, dont hesitate to book a place of cristiane for stay.

It was a great experience to book through bedy casa. It is reliable & would recommend it to any one looking for a reliable site to book accommodation.

They are indeed a biased money oriented company. They care not about anybody but their money. It is a so called international company with no English competence in their Italian body. It is indeed an irresponsible company. It is a crappy website with very poor English translation and stupid contract. I wouldn't recommend for anybody. Beware!!!

My wife and I recently spent two nights at a private residence in Vung Tau, Vietnam. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful people and the situation and facilities were all as described on the web-site. It was great to stay with a local Vietnamese family, away from the big hotels and relax and chat about our lives and travel experiences. We have used BedyCasa on several occasions and will do so again as they have all been very positive experiences.

I recommend this company to get a place in one city. They help you when you need, even if they delay on the response. One important thing is that they are able to speak in spanish, english or french. Three of the most spoken languages around the world.

You could be taken aback by lodgers or students entering your abode .

My experience with BedyCasa accommodation booking was excellent - the website is informative and the communication immediate. The site is secure in respect to payment for the accommodation.

People consider sites like these as a hotel scheme, and that the site is responsible and considers the site guilty, but the reality is that every host is responsible for himself, with this site, I was at Gerona Barcelona I found wonderful hosts.

Sono nascoste le condizioni,questa host è davvero molto poco corretta e se vi propone di agire in nero senza che vi blocca il calendario non fare affidamento,la furba la fa soltanto a senso unico in modo che non paga le commissioni e vi chiede lo stesso prezzo e voi non avete garanzia che la stanza è bloccata per voi,in questo attico è situato al 9 piano,per questo arriva in estate a 45 gradi calore e si muore dal caldo con la porta chiusa il ventilatore che non ho trovato non è sufficiente,e solo quando sei sul posto e non puoi andare via ti dicono che per entrata aria condizionata si deve stare con la porta aperta e stare quasi nudi davanti al passaggio di questa bella gente,che passa davanti alla vostra stanza e vi vede in mutande e questo questa persona non ve lo dice prima,quindi è legge di vita che sapete le condizioni prima.
Non credete troppo alle recensioni dal momento che le recensioni funzionano con la stessa politica da tutte le parti,per esempio su Ebay è normale che si ha paura del feedback negativo e si lascia positivo,in questo sito è diverso dal momento che le recensioni sono visibili solo dopo che la hai lasciata tu,ma nel dubbio di sapere come la ha lasciata la contro parte,lasci una buona recensione per non sbagliare,prendete in considerazione le valutazioni negative che sono quelle sincere,solo quando si litiga si dice la verità(quello che penso io)
Il riferimento che si può dare di stomaco è per i pregiudizi che hanno verso gli Italiani e la mancanza di riguardo,che sembra che ti fanno un favore,io un asciugamano vecchio e in condizioni da orrore ho dovuto insistere per avere.

La gente considera sitios como estos como un esquema hotelero, y que el sitio es responsable y considera el sitio culpable, pero la realidad es que cada anfitrión es responsable de sí mismo, con este sitio, yo estaba en Gerona Barcelona me encontré con maravillosos anfitriones.

Los prejuicios que tienen hacia los italianos y la falta de respeto que parece que te hacen un favor, yo viejo y toalla de horror tenía que insistir en que es la referencia que puede dar tu estómago.

I was doubting at first if staying at locals is good option for holidays. I was traveling with all family - including my little son. But now I can honestly recommend that for everybody. Staying at locals is great. It gives many opportunities to better know the neighborhood and also to share stories and experiences. No hotel gives that! Host was very nice, open and helpful. It surely is not the last time we did it.
