The apartment was very nice and easy to access. Yet was secure enough to feel safe. I would gladly stay here again. Also the price was great for the location.

My friend and I spent 4 nights here and we had a wonderful time. The place was as shown in the pictures: it was small but well organized, clean and very well-equipped with everything you might need. The location is good, situated just a few steps away from the metro station, which made exploring Paris incredibly easy. Jacques, the host, was very helpful and gave us clear instructions throughout our stay, and we also truly appreciated the flexibility regarding late check-in and very early check-out times, which made a huge difference for us. The only minor downside was that the walls are quite thin, so we could occasionally hear the neighbors at night, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Overall, we highly recommend it ☺️

My mother, daughter and I had a fabulous stay at the Lavie Maison apartment. The apartment was in a lovely neighbourhood with boutique shops and restaurants and close to the metro for easy access all over Paris. It was well equipped with everything that we could have needed and very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay with the friendly host in the brand new appartment! Everything was new and spotless and easy to use. The little care packages were a great little surprise and everything you need for example to wash the dishes etc. The location is very accessible from various directions, easy to find, safe and not too loud. You have multiple options on how to get around and come back to the house. We felt very at ease and taken care of, thank you so much

This apartment is so perfect and in an amazing location. It’s basically one block behind the musee dorsay. The large bathroom with the sauna and tub was so useful after a long day of walking. The location is spot on - a bakery around the corner we visited every morning, the market down the street has everything you need, and it’s so centrally located on a quiet street. Our family had the best time here and was so happy that we chose this apartment for our stay.

The apartment was very neat and tidy and perfectly located to explore Paris on foot. Hosts were very communicative and helpful answering questions promptly. We would definitely stay again!

This is a cozy spot in a great location. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby and very easy to get around on foot, by public transportation or on bikes.

I was fortunate to spend three months at a beautiful, spacious apartment in the wonderful neighborhood of Neuilly Sur Seine. I had many guests and family members join me, and we all enjoyed the apartment's gathering space and having the privacy of individual bathrooms for each bedroom. The location was great, with easy access to the Metro Line 1 quickly taking us into the heart of Paris.
The Lavie.Maison team managing the apartment was excellent, and was always available for support when needed. Me and my guests could not have been happier that we selected this apartment for our stay in amazing Paris.

What a wonderful location in a vibrant and exciting neighborhood. Lots to see, great places to eat and shop were close by. The apartment was on the top floor, so be ready to climb stairs. (The is a small elevator up 6 flights available.) Balcony is fantastic! Hosts were always responsive to questions and requests. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and very very clean apartment

I loved this Paris apartment!!! The location was great and in a safe area. The apartment was very clean and had the most modern high tech appliances. The two bathrooms were extremely nice and the beds were comfortable.

I would give this apartment a 4.5 rating. The only recommendations I would have is that the third bedroom should also have blinds put in them for privacy when it comes to sleeping and changing clothes. Also, the blinds in the kitchen are so high up so a person needs to climb on a chair to close and open them up. For safety reasons, it would be good to have a sturdier chair or stool to use or to have blinds that are easier to use and don't require a chair.

The bathrooms were fantastic when it comes to the mirrors, new toilets and other features. For the shower, I would suggest that you install a shelf or some type of holder where we can put soap and shampoo. I had to put these items on the shower floor.

I would also recommend having a written manual or binder when it comes to how to use the lock, towel warmer, bathtub and other appliances. A hard copy of these instructions is easier than the links.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris! The apartment was beautiful with plenty of space for all of us (5 adults). The apartment is very central in Paris and all the attractions are very easy to access. We’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Paris - the balcony is just incredible.

Easy to book via Bonvoy, Host was exceptional in communication prior to and during our stay. The home is five floors, 4 full bedrooms with en-suite baths, full kitchen, dining and living room. Space for my whole family. Convenient to Metro and a market right at your door.
