Amazing customer service

The lady that I dealt with at Bedworld in Gateshead was so helpful and her advice helped me choose a mattress that would be ideal for my needs. We always shop at this store and I don’t think I would go anywhere else

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered a mattress a few years ago for a guest bedroom. Which only gets used a few weeks in the year. After a couple of years it was flat and falling to bits. They sent the wrong one which was a different colour and then tried to tell me that it was the correct one and sent the same one as a replacement then told me if I wanted to return it I would need to pay. Would never buy from them again.

Bed poor not worth the money

Staff at the shop were lovely, the mattress is comfortable, but the bed itself is very flimsy with no middle support, not worth half the price paid. There is no wood to attach the head board to , as the end is just material x

Brought bed a week ago time slot for…

Brought bed a week ago time slot for delivery was between 7 and 10 it came at 6 oclock in the morning which was frantic the headboard for an extra 79 pound is flimsy and very wobbly. The mattress over hangs on the base of the bed says the bed is cheap but 600 is not cheap to me anyways you can pick up a bed of amazon for 200. Communication wasnt really there after the order was placed no confirmation of delivery even though asked for express it came the same time as if i didnt book express and i had to ring to find out delivery day.

You get what you pay for...

I ordered for Express Weekend Delivery before the deadline and did not receive any text or email stating that they would not be able to deliver. I had to call them up myself and state this and request a refund of the delivery fee. I was then informed that the delivery men would call me 30 minutes before my delivery window, but on Sunday the day of, they called right when they were already outside. The bed base I ordered was supposed to be with Castor Wheels not with Chrome Feet, so they got that part of the order wrong. I did not know this until the delivery crew had long since left and I was unpacking everything myself. The headboard for the bed was very non-intuitive and I was generally surprised by the lack of instructions for assembly of the bed base and headboard. The chrome feet also did not fit easily into the bed bases so I had to use a hammer to force them in. The only good things I liked were that it was cheap enough to put up with these inconveniences and the split bed bases makes it much easier for me to handle by myself. But would I come back? Definitely not.

Avoid, avoid, avoid - don't let them in your home!

Ordered on a Tuesday for weekend delivery, note receive d saying in warehouse, delivery company would be in touch. By Thursday no contact, so emailed. Received a response saying fully booked for weekend but also a call to say it would be Saturday afternoon. The delivery was wreckless, the 2 guys hurled the zip link mattresses through the front door and then damaged the top of door frame paintwork of the bedroom (in our brand new home) forcing the second mattress through the frame - the first guy took more care, so there was absolutely no need to damage our home ....avoid, avoid, avoid!

Customer service was incredible , wasn’t too pushy allowed me to look around the store without pressing me which made the experience nice , really friendly member of staff and was very helpful and pleasant
