The only small problem is that you cannot pay over the phone on a telephone order with the store.
FINAL REQUEST FOR REFUND
As per my emails to you from mid may I showed photos of your collapsed bed frame and mattress that had lost all posture support and dipped in places
Despite sending proof photos that items failed within warranty, you continued to ask for a batch number for the bed frame. These records would be kept by yourselves as a responsible supplier but you insisted that I search for it and insisted it is on the. bed frame.
It is not anywhere on the bed frame (AS PREVIOUSLY ADVISED TO YOU) and still you insist that you can't honour your warranty when your items failed within warranty period.
As per my previous email advising there was no batch number and AGAIN advising you on my last Trustpilot complaint there was no batch number on the bed frame, you continue to ask for a batch number when you're well aware that I don't have it and it isn't on the bed frame.
If you have some agreement with your bed frame supplier that you supply a batch number with any fault, it is your responsibility to keep this on record and I still don't believe you don't have access to it.
I submit my final request please for immediate refund on the bed frame and mattress as a matter of urgency before referring to trading standards.

From the moment we walked in Ami made us feel welcome but not rushed, we never felt any pressure our questions were answered honestly, if she didn’t know she said just that but I’ll find out for you. She made no promises that could not realistically be kept, we believed what she had to say.
Outstanding Customer Service!
Well!!!! What a difference in customer service between 2 bed companies!!! Could not be more different! Bedworld customer service is outstanding. I would recommend them every day of the week. Not only beautiful furniture but their customer service is the standard all retailers should be following. Despite buying my husbands new bed and having it delivered beginning of March, Bedworld went above and beyond to help us. Despite it being 3 months since we made the purchase. We are undergoing a whole house renovation and could therefore not suitably check the bed until it was up in my husbands new bedroom. This was when we noticed something was missing. I got in touch with the company and within 8 hours not only had they replied to my email but they had rectified the problem, sorted the issue and made us happy. They have complimented this huge journey we are still on and restored my faith in retailers. This is the complete opposite of the treatment I received from another online bed retailer. So your homework. Read the ratings before you make your purchase. It's the customer service that makes all the difference and gives you your happy ending. Delightful team to deal with. You try mattresses in shop they are nice you pick one then your mattress turns up completely different from what you ordered so you ask for a replacement then that one comes wrong again asked for a refund so we could go else where but they said to go into shop to try and let them redeem their self again 😂 we picked another completely different mattress which then turned up with a different label but I’m sure it’s the same mattress I really recommend you do not use this company as I no I’m not the first to get something completely different from what I ordered. The problem is that they what to try and keep 50% of what i paid which I think is an absolute joke as it’s there fault and none of my own.

The bed you choose in the store is not what get! Please read the reviews or you will regret it! The staff even confirmed it was not the bed I ordered and that this mattress is no longer made and has since been “updated” to the new version! Mattress is rock hard , wouldn’t refund and made me choose another and pay the extra which is also rock hard! NEVER had this problem before! I just want my money back and the mattress returned! Will never use again … I AM UPDATING THIS SINCE BEDWORLD REPLIED! I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FOURTH WITH EMAILS REGARDING MY ISSUE ANF WAS TOLD NO REFUND SO ITS IRRELEVANT ASKING ME TO SUPPLY DETAILS BUT YES ILL EMAIL YOU AGAIN!

Comfortable experience buying a comfortable bed
The assistant greeted us and asked what type of bed we would like, then showed us the ones that met with our requirements then said he would leave us to try the beds , each time we had a question, he duly answered and left us to peruse. When we had picked one we sat at his desk and did the paperwork, all in all a pleasant experience, and the reason we made the order, no pushy salesman, just a very obliging gentleman
Different to a previous shop we had tried in town where the salesman was with us all the time trying to force sell ,we left that store without ordering

Disappointing experience
I purchased an ottoman bed. The delivery was supposed to be between 1pm and 7pm, it eventually arrived at 8pm. When it came to assembling the bed the instructions were not very clear and diagrams too small. We could barely get the metal frame to slot together. I was planning on buying another bed but this has put me off completely.
