You have one of the best delivery guys. The guy was exceptionally good. He made sure the bits (bed) were left in a safe place . He was so reassuring. Unfortunately, we forgot to get his name but i am sure you can find out from your records. We had to leave the room for a couple of days after the bed was assembled because of the wood like smell. Otherwise, all went well. It is a good quality bed.

Great service, next day delivery which came on time with updates. Lovely bunk bed my children love the storage although the wheels on draw doesn't move on their thick carpet.

Cosmetic damage everywhere
Ordered a new bunk bed for my children and it has widespread cosmetic damage in multiple parts and partially riped straps in the slates. Customer service has offered either replacement parts, which mean I will have to rebuilt it again (potentially damaging the rest of the structure) or £50 off a £380 purchase as the best they can do. I will not be coming back to them.

very efficient customer service
I had a great experience with Bed Kingdom.
There was a mistake with my delivery, as one of the three packages was duplicated and the third package was missing. I contacted customer service, and Lenny dealt with the issue promptly and professionally. The missing package was sent out quickly.
The bunk bed was easy to assemble, the quality is excellent, and it looks even better than expected. Most importantly, my kids absolutely love it!

Son loves his new gaming bed
Son loves his new gaming bed, was easy to follow instructions, took me and partner couple of hours to put together, was delivered before due date, based in Northern Ireland so had to pay extra shipping but the package was a decent weight so no complaints! Bought mattress separate so cant comment!

Searched online and found your company on a Tuesday - ordered the same day and was delivered free of charge on the Thursday. Very impressed.
Can’t comment further as we aren’t ready to put it together yet but certainly from the pictures and reviews it looks a great product and price was very reasonable.

Very disappointing experience
Unfortunately, I've had a really disappointing experience with Bed Kingdom.
I placed my original order, received a confirmation of delivery only to later be told that the bed was actually out of stock. Rather than asking for a refund, I chose an alternative bed to avoid any further delays.
Unfortunately, the exact same thing has happened again. I thought I would be receiving my new bed on Tuesday 04/08, but on Monday I was told that the replacement bed is also out of stock, despite it still being available to purchase on the website.
The customer service representative, Criselda, was very helpful, polite and apologetic throughout, so I can't fault the service I received from her personally. However, the underlying issue is with Bed Kingdom's stock management and website. Products shouldn't be available to order if they aren't actually in stock.
As a result, we're now left without a bed and have to wait 5–7 working days for our refund, meaning we're financially out of pocket while we wait for our money to be returned. It's caused a huge inconvenience, and after this happening twice in a row, I've completely lost confidence in ordering from Bed Kingdom. I would advise emailing them to check stock availability before getting your money caught up.
I hope they improve the accuracy of their online stock levels because no customer should have to go through this experience.
