Ordered a bed and mattress as it was advertised as next day. It came next day but we have half a bed as a kingsize and half as a double. Customer service is non existent and keep saying we will hear by Friday. Not new delivery Friday. Would be easier to ask for a full refund and gamble with a new bed/order again for next day
Great service for next day but any issues. GOOD LUCK. Likely to claim back under fraud scheme if we do not have a full bed by Friday

Delivery was fast and on time
Delivery was fast and on time, took us 2hrs to assemble but the instructions were easy to follow. The children love it and it's bigger than expected but I had to get protectors for the stairs, edges and sides because we have bumped into it a lot.

Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, keeping us informed every step of the way.
The bed is absolutely perfect for our granddaughter and was straightforward to put together. We did have to ask ChatGPT for a little help at one point, as the diagram appeared to be the opposite way around, but once we figured that out, it was easy enough.
The sprung mattress is quite firm, but ideal for our 4-year-old.
We’re really pleased with the bed and the overall service and would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service from Bed Kingdom. I accidentally ordered the wrong bed and contacted them almost immediately. Although the order had already been dispatched, they were understanding and did everything they could to help.
