Customer Service Never Responds! Don't Waste Your Time!
We visited this store in Marrakesh Morocco. We purchased a perfume called Courreges and a bottle of Roger and Gallet. The Courrege was $120 Euros. We were leaving the next day for Portugal. When we opened the product, it smelled foul, like it wasn't the real thing or had expired. Horrific! We reached out multiple times to request a return address and their refund policy. No one ever bothered to reply. We are now disputing it with our Creditor since we can't use the product and they won't take it back. The Roger & Gallet is a beautiful fragrance, and much less expensive. This company should stand behind their products!

Excellent service and such lovely beauticians
I had a lovely experience at the beauty success with Margot at the St Maxime branch in the Intermarche Carrefour, where I had my nails done. She was professional and made such an effort to speak English with me. I would definitely recommend an experience at the Beauty Success and especially with Margot. Bhavna
