I placed an order with Tendence Parfums…
I placed an order with Tendence Parfums and they sent the wrong powder packs. It took me 8 emails to get a reply from them. They told me to return the powder and if it was not damaged they would refund me. I returned the powder as asked. This was 3 months ago. I have not received my refund and despite a further 19 emails they have not answered me.
The company is disgraceful.

Never received my order
I made an order with tendance parfums, but never received it. Colissimo says it was delivered to my mailbox but it was not. Tried to contract tendance parfums to help me out but they are not helpful at all. Stay away from this website and use vendors that have guaranteed delivery.
