Not dispatched after a week of ordering

I was really happy to see they had the specific product I was looking for, for a decent price, as it’s difficult finding products for my hair type. Once I ordered which was over a week ago, I received confirmation, however it shows my item has not been dispatched at all, that is too long a period of time for a company to ship out an item. Even if I was emailed or updated of any issues or delays I would be understanding, but the fact I’ve had nothing, is very disappointed. Somebody just had £15 of my money (which is a lot for me) and I’ve received no product.

Outstanding Customer Service!

I have been ordering my hair extensions from them for almost a year and have to say the prices are reasonable FREE next day tracked Royal Mail shipping and they are always so friendly and helpful even when ordering online! Excellent products and excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
