Outstanding customer satisfaction and amazing products

I have recived outstanding customer service from start to finish with beauty cow. They have absoulty amazing products and brilliant prices. I brought the Tom ford velvet orchid which smelt absoulty stunning that I ended up purchasing 2 bottles. The whole way through from start to finish I was updated with my order one of the consults named Geri gave me the best customer service that Iv never recived from any other website before. I defnitaly will be using them again and again. And will be my go to top sites for any beauty order.

Excellent service at a great price!

What a nice company to deal with. I placed my order for perfume at a great price and it was delivered very quickly in great packaging, so it arrived in perfect condition. I was also kept informed of the progress of my order by email. So I shall be a returning customer 100%

Fantastic Delivery

I placed an order yesterday afternoon and it arrived today using their Special Delivery option!
I am so pleased - as I thought with being in Northern Ireland I'd still need to wait an extra day for the delivery!
I will 100% be using this website in future!

First time I have used this company and …

First time I have used this company and I will never use them again. 3 times I emailed them to ask for ETA of my order ( the order was 'awaiting fulfilment') never received a single response. Opened a dispute through Paypal but still did not receive a response. When I escalated the case (9 days after placing the order) my payment was refunded. No contact, no explanation. NOTHING!!!!
