Edited 31/05: Bear's Brownies arranged for a new box to be sent out via a different courier and though I couldn't gift for the original date/purpose, I was able to order the replacement at a later date for another occasion and it arrived quickly and without hassle. The team were helpful and efficient in sorting the issue, which I really appreciated.

Didn't arrive - I ordered nearly 2 weeks in advance and selected a delivery day 1 day before I actually needed it, in case of delays. Was given a 1hr delivery slot which then passed late by an hour, and when I contacted DPD support they said to wait because there was a delay. Nothing showed up and now the app is saying it'll be delivered 2 days later - this is a perishable item and I have no idea how it's being stored for the 2 days. I've ordered from here several times before and normally have no issues, so this is very disappointing as this was not cheap and is a gift.

Amazing brownies!! Although they are a bit pricey (compared to mass produced supermarket versions), you get what you pay for and these are definitely worth the money!

I bought these for Valentine's day for my husband. They arrived perfectly on time, and we're beautifully packaged. My husband is very pleased and tells me they are delicious!

Absolutely amazing! Delivery was next day super quick! I bought the "Biscuit Tin" and WOW they are soo soo good, the packaging is super secure and love the box! Also was wrapped really nice and no damage at all to the items, very aesthetically pleasing to look at also, i love how the blondies (jammie jodgers) were placed so semetrical and matching i love it! best place to order from and an amazing experience overall, especially being my first time! Thanks again.

I previously left a poor review, which. Am trying to have removed, on trustpilot. The brownies were in fact delivered on time, absolutely delicious and well received. My elderly relative was confused about when the arrived. Apologies to this wonderful company who I have used before.

Bought as a present for my Dad's birthday. Next day delivery and he absolutely loved them. So much so, I have just bought him another box!

Very disappointing. The brownies I ordered were scheduled for delivery on a Sunday. Delivery was “attempted” and failed on the Saturday. No communication about whether the delivery would be reattempted. No telephone number to call is available.
I’ve used several of these cake delivery services and this is the first one to let me down .
