First rate, packaging excellent, delivery spot on, and above all the brownies are something else. Melt on the tongue almost, simply delicious. Go for it, you won't be dissappointed. Ken Holland

Excellent customer service and yum brownies !
Excellent customer service. I had to ask about soya in the vegan brownies as my son has a milk (and obvs doesn’t contain) and soya allergy. The reply was swift and we ordered two lots. Our son loved them so much, we ordered two more boxes ! They are delightful and really beautiful tasting brownies. Would have no idea they are vegan ones either.

Disappointed
I followed the instructions and ordered well in time for a next day delivery. It was to a fellow Headteacher and her team who were dealing with a sudden death of a student during the school day. Check BBC Surrey, Camberley. The brownies and my message were not delivered. I was then told they would be delivered on the Monday of half term so I changed the address to my home. I have been here all day, with my son clearing out and the brownies have not materialised. What was meant to be a thoughtful gift showing that we care has vanished.

Hi Zoe,
I apologise you seem to have experienced a mix up with communications in regard to your brownie delivery. I can see from our end that your brownies were picked up from us on the 4th feb for your preferred delivery day of the 5th of feb, which were then out for delivery Thursday 5th at 8:20am and delivered at 12:17pm on your chosen delivery day to your chosen delivery address.
From your tracking I can see there were no delays from the courier, nor any updates from you to deliver elsewhere. This delivery had been made smoothly and as originally instructed per your order to the original recipient. Perhaps check with them to see if they have received the parcel 2 weeks ago.
If you wished to discuss this further people email us at yum@bearsbownies.co.uk where we can provide you with any of this information. Thank you.

Not that great …
The brownies were dry and not tasted out of date
This may be because the delivery came on the wrong day and was left outside (because we weren’t there!)

We’re very sorry for the delay with your delivery. We use third-party couriers, and unfortunately, this is sometimes out of our control. Our brownies are baked to stay fresh for 7 days and even longer when kept in an airtight container. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and hope to make it right for you.
These brownies made the perfect gift
These brownies made the perfect gift, they were delicious, of a good size, well presented and packaged and arrived on time. They didn’t last very long as they had all been appreciated and eaten!
Will definitely be buying again.
