the company replaced an LG power board as recommended by LG. They made an appointment and stuck to it, answered all questions when I called (short time delay because I had to leave a voicemail but nothing unreasonable). The engineer who replaced the part was very friendly and efficient and helped take the TV off the wall and put it back. Happy to recommend the company.
