The transfer was very practical and also easy to use. I've actually worked for a few hours before our arrival to Barcelona, and you have almost answered immediately, and confirmed. It is also a very good point that you have checked the address that we have on the go, and have pointed out that there was an error that I should check, where we lived.

We were waiting a Party with 9 pieces of Luggage and our driver Xavier met us as planned. In spite of his limited knowledge of English, he was extremely friendly and helpful, he even advised us on how to activate a Spanish Sim card, which we had just bought.

He gave us some interesting facts about Barcelona and Catalonia and it was a joy to be of such a great people receive.

All in all, it was a great Service. just remember that the traffic in Barcelona in rush hour can be very dense, so calculate some extra time to get to your hotel when you arrive between 8 and 10 in the morning.

I am a travel agent who booked this company for myself and unfortunately, I referred to one of my clients as well.

Their website states they will wait 30 minutes for you to get out of the airport after your flight arrival time. It also states that should you be delayed then you should call the number on the voucher so that they can have the driver there at the appropriate time. The driver will be standing there with a sign and your name on it.

Well, first off, 30 minutes is unrealistic. It took me almost 2 hours to get through customs and they know this! If you have to pick up luggage from the carousel then add on more time.
I immediately called the number I was provided to inform them I was stuck in the LONG customs line. I gave her the reference number and it was no help to her. She told me to take a taxi! My reservation with BCN was prepaid! There was no one out there with a sign and I ended up taking a taxi.

As for my client, her flight was delayed. She called the company and guess what- NO ANSWER. How can no one answer?? She then walks aimlessly around the airport looking for her name on a sign.. nothing... she then stumbles upon the BCN desk. They tell her she has to wait more than an hour for another shuttle after already dealing with a two hour delay. She instead took a taxi. They REFUSED to give her a refund! They provided NO service and NO phone support when she called earlier like she was instructed to do!

All my years of being a travel agent, I have never dealt with such an incompetent and unprofessional transportation service such as this one. In fact, the email correspondence with Christian was very unprofessional and he even stated he took it all personally.

It is a transportation company's responsibility to watch flight arrival times and to be there when they are there.

STEER CLEAR and just take a taxi! It was fast and less money! I hope you find this review helpful!

I have booked their shuttle bus last weekend and I was very happy with it.
The bus was picking me up right in front of our hotel and it took us directly to terminal 1 for our early flight. All the other companies I searched charged some additional fee to pick us up at night so we were happy that BCN did not charge us any extra.
The service was really good, so we would absolutely recommend this.

We had a full bus and the guide gave information in English and in Spanish. On this particular tour, almost the entire bus was English speaking. There were less than 10 Spanish speaking tourists. When we got to Girona, we were split into groups according to language. Obviously, the groups were quite unequal. Our tour guide was very sweet, but because we were nearly 50 people, it was impossible to hear her. BCN advertised a tour of Girona, but we just followed like a herd of cattle and could not hear any of the guide's information. We really needed to be split into two groups. At the very least, each person should have had an earpiece that is offered on so many tours. We were on our own for the afternoon at the Dali museum.

Surprised how cold is on the top deck, very very windy and cold. It is march but could this be solved by some removable barriers as from the under deck you can see nothing. I am sure the buses operates the whole year.
The transportation and routes are very well planned, employees and casuals helpful
and polite and multilingual. I am not native speaker of any language you offer but all the interpretation was very well understandable, tha language used was perfect and
the person spoke slow. I have heard English, German and Russian interpretation.
I would add more languages ec. Czuech and Polish.

I can't think of any faults with the Barcelona bus tour I booked with BCN Travel. It was so much easier and 10% cheaper to buy the tickets online in the comfort of our hotel, rather than queueing in the street.

interval between two buses seems too long, shorter is better

We had a biketour to the olympicpark in Barcelona. The guide was very cool and we had a lot of fun. Especially the good view over the city, at the top of the hill, were we cut see the hole harbour was amazing. Thank you bcn-team. See you next year!!!

2 thing to note .

1. I actually book a business class hotel at Cubi Marino hotel for 6 nite , but the first day I reach , they gave me a room which was not the 1 I book n moreover there no aircon in the rm ,thinking the hotel must have not recieve the booking.

2 . I also book for 2 to deli museum trip , on the very day where we both reach the pickup point, the guide told as she don have our name in the list . So she check n ask us to come for the trip again 2 days later , luckily I still have enough time in Barcelona , if not i waste my trip .

So pls take note that the management lack of coordination , hopefully it can improve on that . Anyway I love Barcelona it was a very beautiful city n I will be back again

Price reasonable, company reliable, coach director & guide friendly & flexible.

I made a bike tour around the city and I loved the very friendly and knowledgeable guide who had answers to all my questions. We met on time and and luckily I we were in a small group which was more comfortable.
We went according to the itinerary and saw the Barcelona Cathedral, Sagrada Familia and also cycled along Rambla! We also were lucky with the weather that accompanied us since the other days were not as nice!!
The next time we will be in Barcelona we will go on one of the other bike tours for sure!!

Both the tranfer from the airport as well as our city tour were properly organized. the pick up was on time and both drivers were cautious on the road and the car in top condition. it was great that we were just with our family so we had plenty of time to take pictures from all the impressive things we saw in Barcelona. On the way back to the hotel Luis also helped us to get our train tickets to continue our trip to Zaragoza. All in all a very recommended organization.

Our family (my housband and two kids) trip started from Plaça Catalunya at 8:30 am and we went directly to Girona (Gerona). It was a Sunday and there were no crowds on the road, so we came to Girona in a very short time (about 1 h).
Gerona is a fairy tale city, under UNESCO protection. Since it was the day after
celebration of San Joan, it was quite deserted.
We had plenty of time for lunch and we went to our second destination, Figueres.
As we love art, it is normal that we spent a few hours in the Dali Museum. The museum is fantastic, as the author was!
The children were delighted with the car and moving sculptures.
Plenty of pictures we have already seen in exhibitions in Venice, but in the surroundings of the museum, it was an unforgettable experience.
We had enough time for a short walk in Figueres and to drink sangria.

Guide was excellent and he was able to satisfy the desires of tourists and he answered to all questions. Return was according to plan and everything went flawlessly.
The only criticism is that the bus should be more comfortable and air-condition was not quite well.

I would recommend this trip to everyone because you don't need to waste your time searching transportation (train or bus) to Figueres or Girona and the entrance to the museum was easy, because the tickets were included. It was good value for money!

It was a really good experience. I've booked my excursions in Barselona region by internet and was a little anxious about the meeting point, time, etc. But all was fine, my Mother and I had good time!:)

never again with this company: Booked a sightseeing tour in BCN. What we got was a shutle tru the city. The tour guide was missing.. The driver was not able to explain the most spectecular points of BCN. Sent 2 mails and asked for refund. Nothing happend, no excuse - nothing. Unfortunately they guest were teamleader of BCD Travel in Germany. If they need an agent in BCN they would definetely not chosse BCN Travel. Bad luck !!!

I paid 48 euros for what I expected to be a private professional car service. What I got was a ride in a dirty taxicab with a driver who spent the entire cab ride conversing loudly into his cell phone using the speakerphone so we had to listen to both sides of his conversation the entire ride! If I wanted a dirty taxi I could have paid 30 euros instead! When we got to the hotel, the driver did not announce we arrived, he just sat there and pointed to the building. He did not even help take our bags out of the taxi. When I posted a negative review on tripadvisor, BCN sent me a threatening email telling me I better remove the review. I would have been better off just hailing a taxi.

Enjoyed the tour as it included a lot forma short stay.
