Going from day pass to full time subscription
I had a day pass already which I used and i wanted to make the full subscription. I could not use the option in my account to change the subscription. I went to the site and made a new subscription with the same identification data. It was not really straightforward.

Lockers without keys
Lockers without keys. No punching bag. The shower is only hot, no cold, and you can't choose the water temperature. Too expensive for these conditions.

Basic-Fit is failing its members
Basic-Fit is failing its members. Tonight at branch Bos en Lommerplein I was denied the 24/7 access I pay for due to a recurring "Request Block" bug in the app.
When I attempted to use the required safety protocols to enter:
The gate intercom was completely unresponsive.
The orange self-service kiosk was non-functional.
No staff were present to assist.
Leaving a member stranded outside at 10 PM with no means of communication is a gross failure of their "Remote Surveillance" safety promise. This is a clear breach of service terms. I am filing a formal complaint and expecting a pro-rata refund. If you are looking for a reliable 24/7 gym, look elsewhere. Basic-Fit’s technology is not fit for purpose.
I have everything documented.

Membership fee refund
I suddenly discovered that I had been charged for 7 months without any reason. After I contacted customer service, I received a response agreeing to a full refund with just a simple communication. It was very efficient.
