I wanted a pair of shorts that turned out to be hard to find from the supplier. They couldn't do enough to make it simple. Then an XL was too big so I exchanged it. The whole exchange happened super-quick by post, everybody was really friendly and I'd go to them in the future purely because the experience was so good.

Ordered a pair of la sportiva jeckyl shoes on Wednesday, they arrived on Thursday. Not only that, but they were at least £10 cheaper than on any other site I could find them on.

Bought La Sportiva Miuras - everything was in order and the shoes were in perfect condition (and have had no problems climbing with them). No complaints whatsoever.

Very impressed with the service, ordered some DMM I.M.P.s and a reverso 4 last Friday and they were in my hands Monday morning. The price was easily the best online (around 25% cheaper for the I.M.P.s!). If I'm shopping around for something I will always check the price here from now on.

Free postage of orders over £60 is a bit off putting but I guess it's just to encourage you to buy more

These excellent (and a bit pricey..) shoes are impossible to find in some countries. But found it here.

I thought the next day delivery was a nice gesture. The shoes took a couple of wears to break in at the toe, but fit snug and should be great for walking and bouldering in the coming months. Thank you Barn Climbing Wall for great service.

Prices are very reasonable on some items, and their delivery and dispatch is unbelievably quick.

I chose the Beastmaker 2 fingerboard as the price included postage, making it competitive with other suppliers.
