Had a great first class with Lucy…
Had a great first class with Lucy (Sweaty Mama Winchester) yesterday. I had swapped messages with Lucy before deciding to attend and she put me at ease. As an anxious mummy going to new things can feel a bit daunting but as soon as I arrived Lucy made me feel so welcome. The class was relaxed and Lucy adapted certain moves to suit my postpartum recovery as well as others in the class.

I really enjoyed my class with Lucy in Eastleigh, Southampton. She was super friendly and made me feel instantly relaxed. She got to know me and my level of fitness with no judgement, and was engaging throughout the class. She explained things to me again if needed, and made post partum exercise enjoyable! Thank you!

Welcoming, supportive and great fun!
I was nervous at first to do exercise postpartum but Hayley's classes in Altrincham and Sale have been amazing. I've been able to strengthen and gain confidence in a supportive, encouraging setting. Taking my little one with me isn't just handy but also fun as I can wear him or have him crawling around to the music! Over the past few months I've gone from really gentle movement to full strength and cardio workouts - thank you so much Hayley!
Jace is brilliant
Jace is brilliant. I've been attending her Liphook Bootcamp Classes on a Thursday evening for 6 months now and have really enjoyed the chilled atmosphere for chat but still feeling the burn! She mixes up the exercises each week and is excellent at leading beginners and the more advanced people. Thanks for everything Jace! See you Thursday!
Sweaty Mama Walmley
I started attending Laura’s Sweaty Mama Walmley classes when my little one was around 4 months old and they were the highlight of our weeks! Laura is so friendly, approachable but also super knowledgeable and challenging but in the best way! Now back at work I still attend her ladies-only bootcamps which I absolutely love as she has created such a wonderful environment for us all whilst still giving us an absolute workout and a half ha ha! Highly recommend both child and child free classes!!
Body empowerment post pregnancy
Laura at Sweaty Mama Walmley has been amazing at helping me regain confidence in my body after pregnancy and a difficult post birth journey. We love our weekly classes and it’s about our individual goals and achievements with me seeing an improvement over the half term. Definitely something I am glad I have done!
Just take your baby and bottle
I’ve been going to Laura’s Sweaty Mama classes and they’ve been amazing — so friendly and perfect for helping me lose my baby weight. The sessions are genuinely fun and ideal for mums post-birth, and being able to bring your baby along is one of the biggest benefits. You don’t need to bring a mat, equipment or even toys — Laura provides everything.
Enjoyable class
Laura is a fantastic instructor who both motives and challenges you during the sessions. The atmosphere is friendly and warming. As someone who has struggled to get back into exercise since having my little one I throughly enjoy this classes.
If you are hesitate over joining this class please do not be, as you will not be disappointed.
Sweaty Mama Walmley
Sweaty Mama Walmley was my first ever class as a first time Mom so as you can imagine, I was very anxious. Laura was lovely, she was so warm and welcoming yet motivating and understanding. It was exactly what I needed to boost my confidence and motivate me to get fit again. Highly recommended! Thank you Laura :)

I’ve been coming to sweaty mama since my baby was a few months old and he’s now almost 3. Laura is the most lovely lady. The work outs are such fun and it’s never hard work bringing the little ones along with you. We absolutely love our sweaty mama classes each week!
Welcoming, inclusive, fun, motivating
Laura at sweaty mama castle Bromwich and Walmley has been so joyous to have as an instructor over the last couple years. She has always been extremely welcoming and encouraging. I love that I can bring my toddler and am not made to feel he is a burden, unlike in many other facets of life. I have felt myself getting stronger each class I attend and Laura is amazing at increasing the effort week by week to push our bodies a little more when we feel comfortable to. There is no pressure but wonderful teamwork and confidence-building. I really appreciate my Monday mornings with Laura and the whole ever-changing tribe. It never feels scary to be part of because Laura holds it all together and cares about the individuals. Very grateful to have found this brain and body benefiting activity.

Great classes for getting back into exercise post partum, Hayley is really welcoming and encourages everyone to work at their own level. Good to have some time for exercise without having to worry about finding childcare and it’s entertainment for the babies too!

The most important post-partum class you'll attend!
I have been attending Laura's classes in Sutton Coldfield for 2 years now and I have so much gratitude to Laura for helping boost my postpartum fitness and helping me to find "me" again. I have sampled all Laura's classes - sweaty mammas, strength, mamalates, outdoor classes and boot camp and they are all fabulous - each offering something slightly different and each helping to improve the health of both body and mind.
The atmosphere is super friendly and relaxed (nappy changes and mid-workout breastfeeds are all commonplace) but Laura knows how to appropriately challenge and support you, and she's great with the little ones too! Both of my children have attended and my daughter (who attends preschool now) really misses the classes. My 2 year old son really enjoys coming with me, particularly when he uses me as climbing frame, snuggles with me through breathing exercises in mamalates or lifts his own mini weights as he copies and joins in. It's wonderful to see my children being actively interested and finding enjoyment in fitness. I look forward to the 4 classes I attend each week (greedy!) and I know my children benefit from it almost as much as I do!
Sweaty, fun and a killer workout
I have thoroughly enjoyed every one of the sweaty mama classes I’ve attended in Altringham and Timperley with Hayley. Hayley makes you feel so welcome from the day you first walk in the room, the classes are sweaty great fun you almost you forget your doing a workout (until the next day!!). My daughter loves being apart of the workout too it feels so special to show her strong confident women all working out and having fun in the same room. 10/10 would recommend to all of my friends

I really enjoy mamalates with Lisa. She is so friendly and makes me feel comfortable. Lisa is accommodating and does not judge! I have been going for over a year now and will carry on going. Each class is different to focus on different areas of your
