So pleased that we chose to use this company for our sale and purchase. Having purchased many houses over the years, I can honestly say that Simona was exceptional. We were always able to contact her and despite problems that our sellers posed she managed to get the sale completed before the 31 March deadline. Would highly recommend both her and this firm generally.

I’d advise against using this firm if you want transparency and to be treated with any decency.

As a beneficiary, it has been an emotional journey … this firm has insulted us, not been straight with us about a trust that they’ve aided in dissolution along with the winding up of a company.

We’ve spent a lot of money asking basic questions and been fobbed off with no answers and insults.

They have been incredibly difficult.

Absolutely shocking communication and no level of customer service provided - do not use this firm if you want any transaction dealing with in a timely manner. I am extremely disappointed with the way in which we have been treated after paying for enquiries to be answered, to then be ignored time and time again. No response to telephone calls nor emails to resolve the matter or even attempt too. I would avoid this organisation at all costs.
